About this property

As you walk into this beautiful lake cabin you will notice the soaring 20 foot ceilings with a floor to ceiling lake view, stone hearth and gas fireplace. The great room overlooks the lake with big mature oak trees. The kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with smaller appliances and utensils for cooking. The main floor is completed with a bathroom with 2 sinks and tub/shower. The master bedroom has a huge window overlooking the lake. A large 2nd bedroom is also on the main floor.

Downstairs you will find a laundry room with an extra refrigerator, sitting area, bathroom and wet bar. There is also a door that walks out under the deck with direct access to the lake. Also, there is another large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a full size bed & 1 twin bunk bed with another door that has direct access to the lake.

The lodge is close to snowmobile trails and also located on a good ice fishing lake with many others nearby. You’re sure to enjoy the warm fireplace on cold winter nights ❄️

As your host we strive for an exceptionally clean, cozy and safe stay for all. You'll be sure to enjoy every minute of your small town stay on Sauk Lake.

Amazing cabin

The property was on a quiet road and very peaceful setting. Great view of the lake. We felt welcome right away when we saw our names written on a welcome board. Snacks were on the counter for us which was very welcomed by y kids. Lots of room for our family of 8 and I appreciated having room in the kitchen cabinets to store our food and things we brought. The cookware and dishes were high quality. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. The house was spotless. Usually there is something that was not dusted but I didn’t see any dust and the windows were spotless! The deck had a bar area and we sat there for every meal and enjoyed the lake view. Heather responded immediately to any questions I had. We would love to go back.

Relaxing cabin get away

Great cabin home with all the essentials in a quiet neighborhood. Our family had lots of room with easy access to the lake with a swimming area. The lodge was very clean with lots of nice touches to make you feel welcomed. Highly recommend for a family getaway or a small group of friends.

Lake Cabin Family Vacation

Our week at “The Lodge” was great. Was a beautiful place to have fun & bond with our 4 grandchildren. It was spotless & fresh. So many things available for us to enjoy…board games, water floaties & much more. The swim raft was a favorite of the kids. Quiet neighborhood. Biking on the tar road & cement driveway was also a favorite of the kids as was a “dance” off under the colored lights. Heather had some nice “surprise” touches for us. It is evident that she is a host that has her guest’s comfort in mind & is proud of her property.
