Covered parking in the property. <br>5min walk from the city centre, 10min from the beach, 8min from the train station and 3min from bus stops.<br>Access to the apartment via external stairs in the garden (about 40 steps).<br>For a maximum of 3 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed + sofa that converts into a single bed.<br><br>It was renovated in 2020: laminate flooring, bathroom redone with Italian shower, front door, Nice-style aluminium shutters, mosquito nets in each window, 3-speed ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom.<br><br>- RENTAL:<br>Only from Saturday to the following Saturday. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures at 10am max.
