Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in this elegant 110m² house, completely renovated and designed for your well-being, located in a quiet and green area of ??the seaside resort of Soulac/mer. It will seduce you with its numerous services and the comfort it offers for a peaceful and relaxing stay. You will find an entrance, a beautiful living room with lounge, a fully equipped open kitchen, the sleeping area is made up of 2 bedrooms with cupboards (1 140cm bed and 2 separate single beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet . Access to the Basement with a washing machine. Covered outdoor terrace equipped with garden furniture for your moments of relaxation, barbecue, etc. Deposit to be paid on site. Holiday vouchers accepted.
