Beach relaxation is the name of the game at Beach Dream, a 4,600 square-foot Gulf-front home in prestigious Laguna Key in Gulf Shores, directly adjacent to the 7,000-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Enjoy direct, private beach access with a walkover from the house across its own dune and bask in the 75-foot-long stretch of paradise you can call your own. It's just a short walk to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor shower provided in the home helps you rinse off the sand in the blink of an eye after a wonderful day at the beach.
The second floor of this darling beach home offers a chef's kitchen with two dishwashers, granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a mini-fridge a built-in oven and microwave, and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). The gorgeous living/media room has a large cable TV, plenty of comfortable sofas, and a well-appointed mini-bar in the corner with a mini-fridge and a wine cooler. The designated laundry room has a commercial-capacity washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The extensive Gulf-front balcony off the living room is the perfect spot for alfresco meals and lounging. The third floor has a second living/media room with an equally large TV, inviting sofas and chairs, and a mini-bar with a mini-fridge and a wine cooler as well. There are six bedrooms including three Gulf-front primary bedrooms - one of which is a main-floor accessible room - as well as six-and-a-half bathrooms. Two large decks on the beach side and one on the front side upper deck provide plenty of outdoor space and privacy, whether your guests feel like sunbathing or stargazing. You will also enjoy the community pool, a tennis/pickleball court, and lagoon access.

Cancellation for this property must be 60 days prior to arrival.
Visitors not staying in Laguna Key are not allowed to use the community facilities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
