This two level townhouse is just steps from the ocean and boardwalk in the town of Bethany Beach. Park the car and enjoy all that Bethany has to offer. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, balcony and outside shower. Limited ocean view from the balcony. Property offers PacknPlay, baby gate, booster seat, beach chairs, umbrella and toys.

Things to know
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great property in great location and would stay there again. Had two service issues with ripped furniture on the patio/deck and a clogged sink that weren’t addressed during our visit so some opportunities to improve on service needs.

Great house, fantastic location.

We have rented this unit twice, and we really love it. It is comfortable, clean, and they even stocked the refrigerator with bottled water, bagged ice, eggs, and even a few drinks! The bathrooms have been updated since the photos were posted. Both have nice walk in showers now. There is plenty of parking, and you are close to everything!

I had stayed at this booking 3 years ago. Great location. Bathroom updates a nice touch. Upon entering first floor has a mildew/mold smell, may have been we were the first of the season. Vacasa was easy to work with, responding quickly to needs. we would would book here again.

Could have been cleaner.

It was nice to have the beds already made, but they were just thrown together. We all got 1 washcloth each so we had to wash them everyday. There was not any teaspoons for the kids with their cereal in the morning and no small forks. Had to clean out the shower drain of hair before we could shower. Only one TV worked. Ice maker didn't work. It was like daytime trying to sleep in the master bedroom at night. Walls were paper thin. Could hear kids running next door. Floors were very sandy and out of 3 vacuums, not one worked. Other than this it was a nice place.
