Experience nothing but a truly relaxing escapade to the beach at this charming condo with terrific ocean views! Cook something up in the well-equipped kitchen and surprise the entire group with delicious meals and beach snacks. The kitchen underwent renovations in 2020, which include all new flooring. When it’s time to relax, feel free to gather around the flatscreen TV in the living room and enjoy a quiet evening at home. Or if you’re in need of a refreshing splash, don’t hesitate to visit the community outdoor pool and kiddie pool! Then, come back home to take a rejuvenating shower while the washer/dryer combo takes care of your swimming suits in the blink of an eye. The primary bedroom now has all-new hybrid bedding with a motion frame.


Things to Know
No smoking and no pets, please.
From May 15-September 30, guests must pay a $35 non-refundable building registration fee at check-in. An additional $35.00 is required for a second car, and space is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We’ve been back to the same condo several times and we love it. There have been many updates over the years and it’s a beautiful place to stay. We love the full balcony right in front overlooking the ocean. Everything is very clean.

It was a great stay. We were very comfortable in the condo. The only hard part was bathing my 2 year old. The glass doors on the shower made it hard to give a bath. Very minor because we made it work.

Very recently renovated with quality amenities and furniture not just a repaint and builder grade items. Beds and sofa, chair very comfortable. Great modern, uncluttered condo. Also the beach was not nearly as congested as the north and south of us. Easy parking and movement through the building and everyone was friendly.

Nice place

Very clean, amazing view, large kitchen, comfortable beds, good location. You have to pick up and drop off keys at a different location, but it was easy enough to do once we realized where we had to go. Customer service was very helful.

The unit was beautiful and the configuration of the building allowed for a very private balcony with an amazing view of the ocean! Perfect spot for my 96yo grandmother to enjoy the sights and sounds! We hope to be back soon!

Not a bad stay really

But it could use just a tad more cleaning. It was clean but things like shower tub etc were a little spotty. Overall I’ll stay again. It was very well appointed with all we needed.

Very nice room

Overall, the room was very nice. GREAT views of the ocean - as the room was a front unit. Unit was nicely updated with newer furniture. I would definitely rent room 402 again. Only issues. Main coffee maker was broken and the fridge would not dispense ice. The ice maker was making ice but would not dispense it.

Great place and location

Everything was perfect for our stay. Was great having all the kitchen items we needed. Even had a couple chairs and boogie boards for beach. Seeing sunrise each morning right from balcony was terrific. Wi-Fi, cable, comfy beds and furniture. I would not heaistate to rent this unit again! Thank you

Everything was very clean upon arrival, well updated inside, we had some difficulty finding the office to get our parking pass, but the office staff was very helpful! Pool was very well kept, kiddie pool was down during our stay. Beautiful ocean views. Although they were paving the parking lot we never had any trouble with parking.

The condo was tidy when we arrived, had more than enough room for our family of four and is in a great location. View of the beach and ocean from the condo is stunning. Access to the beach was extremely convenient. We walked down every morning and set up on the beach. Would go up to out condo for lunch and then head back down or spend some time at the pool. Access to restaurants and activities was not a problem at all, with everything within 10-15 minutes of condo. Wonderful place to stay and would definitely book it again!

We loved the layout and that we could access the balcony from the living room and bedroom. It was so quiet and serene at all times of the day. The kitchen had a large counter area to prepare food and to eat at. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and the grocery store was just down the street.

Very nice place

Very nice property. Beautiful ocean views and balcony. Very nice pools. Rooms were spacious and had a lot of closet space. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Loved having laundry available. Also had chairs, pail/shovel and boogie boards to use. Check in/ parking space process was a bit weird and unusual but it all went smoothly. We have a toddler and had to remove some items from under the sink just so it would be safer for him and we were bit nervous letting him on the balcony because he could fit through the bars. Place could have been a bit cleaner (crumbs found in certain areas). Definitely would stay here again!

I was told we couldn’t pick up the keys until 4:00 which was fine, we got down there at 3:00. We went picked up the keys drive 1 1/2 miles to the Rainbow condo, got there at 4:15., had to wait outside the room until 4:45 . The cleaners were still cleaning the room. That’s ridiculous, but they want those keys back by 10:00 am. The room itself was nice. The last day water was dripping down the kitchen wall from the unit above us, I guess it was there air conditioner, this was around 9:40 when we saw it. I informed management when I handed in the keys at 10:00 , the woman at the desk didn’t seem to interested, hopefully it was taken care of. A ceiling panel was missing in the bathroom, but otherwise it was a nice view., nice room, washed all the towels and sheets for them before we left so hopefully the people after us will get in at 4:00.

Overall review

First we were given two different keys so we really had only one key. The parking lot is very confusing and mixed up. A condo either above or below had smokers and it allowed the smoke to drift onto the balcony. There was a problem with the ice maker so a repair man had to come in and make adjustments. All the switches and outlets in the condo were from the sixties or seventies and were in need of replacement. The bathrooms though ok could be updated. The toilet In the master bedroom seemed like it was only 4 inches off the floor. All things considered the cost of the condo left a lot to be desired.

Good condo! Beach front is worth it.

Loved having front seat view of the ocean. Great space for our family of 5. Facilities were nice. Easy walking distance to the beach. And pool was never crowded. Parking was good, easy access. I agree with the other reviews that a light is needed over the dinning table. Unit also needs a real keurig (has a mr coffee that’s seen better days) and a new vacuum (current was from the ‘80s). What we did not like… smoking is allowed in the unit if owner allows so I guess this was the case with a unit around us as we smelled cigarette smoke throughout the day. Pool was not as kid friendly. The rules even say no jumping or playing! Towels were not very clean. One of the towels had eye makeup marks so I washed all towels when we arrived and they came out whiter without mascara and eyeshadow.
