OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 2nd floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. This is a non smoking property. You may not smoke in the units, balconies, or on the grounds, or parking lot. MUST BE 25+ TO RENT

Adorable condo with a gorgeous view

Adorable one bedroom condo with two bathrooms. Living area was decent sized, with a good kitchen. View of the beach was incredible, and the location was within walking distance of a good number of shops and restaurants

July 4th

We stayed here from June 30-July 9th and experienced the best 4th of july while enjoying the balcony to watch everything from. Very close to all the shopping and food. Would for sure come back in the future.

Golf cart taxi rides to condo were fun! Condo was amazing! Beautiful view,nicely decorated and spacious. The tenants below is came up and yelled that we were loud and we literally were just walking… that was only downside to our stay. Pool was heated, play ground was fun. Wished the restaurant was open but not a deal breaker

This is a clean comfortable condo. Wonderful view of the ocean and prom. Special thanks to the property manager for communicating before we got there and making a special trip to the property to help us get the tv to work properly. She was friendly and knew what to do. Thanks
