This private two family home is ideal of large fishing groups and multi-generational families who want separate living spaces. Four total bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs with bunk beds on both floors offers optimal space for larger groups.

Home offers a large 40 foot ocean side canal space with boat lift (max boat weight at 15,000 lbs) you can park your boat. We have an outdoor bait freezer, ice machine, and cut station. Everything you need for the seasoned fishermen and fisherwomen. If you need a boat charter, look no further, we offer that too! We will pick you up at the home with our beautiful charter boat. bigdavechartersandtours.com

The home has a private pool with at tiki hut that has a smart TV you can enjoy your favorite programs while observing wildlife in the canal. We have frequent manatee and dolphin sightings!

The home has two full kitchens and grill and a cut station you can make full use of after a long day of fishing.

The home offers a large driveway that can fit up to four cars or three cars and a boat trailer.

We are 2 hours from Key West and 1 hour from Miami. It is a premiere spot regardless of what your trip goals are, there is something for everyone.

Keys family vacation

The property exceeded every expectation. The house was clean and in a great location. Docking the boat outside was easy and convenient. We enjoyed using the pool and having a drink under the tiki hut in the afternoon. It had everything we needed and Bud the property manager was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

Bud, the property mgr was excellent. He kindly forwarded a package that didn’t arrive before we left. This is a perfect property for two families, with separate kitchens, living areas and bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs.

Just spend the month of February at this property. Communication with the owner was amazing. Property Manager (handyman) was very responsive to any request we had. Great having the heated pool and use of the boat lift. The property was clean upon arrival. Nice set up for couples or families with the 2 separate living quarters. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurant, breakfast place and bait shop. Thanks Dave!!

Spectacular Getaway

My family and I stayed at this spectacular property for an extended weekend getaway in Tavernier. We were able to launch our boat less than 7 minutes away from the property and keep our boat on the dock for easy access to nearby sandbars. The pool was exquisite and relaxing. The homeowner has really thought about all the needs of a guest including an on location grill and ice machine. This saved my family and I lots of time when filling our coolers for a day on the water. Rooms, kitchens and bathrooms were updated and very clean. Bud, the round the clock property manager, was excellent, helpful and very kind. We are eager to return in the near future. This property exceeded my family and I’s expectations.
