This is a nice little house right behind the train station and commuting to Nice or Cannes is very easy. One might be worried about the sound of trains passing by but with the windows closed you barely hear anything. Only the living room has an AC but if you run it for a while it will cool nicely. Short walks to public or private pebble beach, we loved it. For the duration of our stay we were mostly out to Cannes, Nice and we would return late in the evening but there are bakeries, patio bars and convenience stores within reasonable walking distance. This was a good deal overall and would return for sure.

A great property in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to the beach front where there are shops, restaurants and beach bars. Also located right next to the train station for easy train access to both Nice and the airport. Property was generally clean and tidy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, albeit with some areas in need of a bit of TLC. Not an issue for our family of 4 and we enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness was the only issue. And there was literally one steak knife in the kitchen, no other knives. I think it would be helpful if it was mentioned that the home is right next to the train station. Although the noise was not bad, we did hear it some. This is convenient though, if this is your method of transportation. Air conditioning was great. Steps down to property had inches of tree debris, cigarette butts. Again, cleanliness could be improved.

Excellent location for the train and beach. The host was really helpful and accomodating as she met us late in the evening. Nice and peaceful and well equiped. Air con was brilliant. I wish we could have taken this to our next property. The only issue was it could have been cleaner.
