Seaside Retreat-Beachfront/Oceanfront Condo

Relax and enjoy our beachfront Seaside Retreat located on the 2nd-floor of Windswept Villas. Our guests will appreciate the saltwater pool and the private beach access. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee, and enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony. After a relaxing day at the beach, take in the ocean breeze with your favorite beverage.

The sectional sofa, located in the living room, is perfect for reading, watching TV, taking a nap, or just checking out the gorgeous sunrise. Rise and shine, this amazing view can also be seen from the comfort of the bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and a Keurig. The essentials, such as cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided. There is a granite bar and stools for dining. Bon Appetit!

The relaxing waves of the Surfside tide inspired our bathroom décor. Enjoy a calm and soothing shower at the end of the day.

Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and many beautiful memories!

Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach & Huntington State Park are a short drive from Windswept Villas.
The Surfside Pier and restaurants are within walking distance from the condo.

*In addition to the many walks on the beach, you will have no problem meeting your daily exercise steps since Windswept Villas does not have an elevator.
**Per HOA rules, guests are not allowed to invite anyone not staying on the Windswept property to park in the Windswept parking lot or use the beach access or pool.
***Per HOA rules, no pets are allowed.
****Only one vehicle is allowed per unit, no trailers.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in the shower. Leave bed unmade with linens on bed. Clean and put away all dishes and kitchen ware. Empty the refrigerator and freezer.
Return beach umbrella, chairs and cooler to the balcony. Set the thermostat to 75 degrees in the summer and 60 degrees in the winter. Turn off all lights and lock the front door.
Take out the trash and put it in the dumpster by the road.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No trailer's. No electric golf carts. Only one vehicle OR gas golf cart.
No smoking in unit or balcony.
No guests, other than the renter, is allowed to use the Windswept parking lot, pool area or beach access.

We had such a fantastic beach getaway here! The condo was easy to access, well stocked, very clean with an amazing view! We couldn't have been more pleased! Perfect place for a beach getaway! Cannot think of one detail the owners did not think of from beach chairs to kitchen supplies! We had everything we needed and more. The owners were also very punctual about getting back with us which was much appreciated. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful stay at Surfside!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and so clean!! It also had so many extras compared to other units that we have rented. The owners were so easy to communicate with. I actually had no issues once we checked in only questions before check in. The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking! We are planning to return next year. I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay!

Cute studio for two.

Very nice updates all throughout. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with essentials. We liked the large fridge, updated bathroom, stocked kitchen with a cool sea shell back splash, the newer sliding door to the balcony, and the newer composite bar height chairs and table on the balcony. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommend for a short or long stay with a great view from the second floor.

This was one of the best condos I’ve ever booked and right on the beach! It included everything needed & more; from the updated interior & furnishings, linens, dish soap, laundry pods, trash bags, & even 2 beach chairs, umbrella, & cooler! Nice & comfy seating on the balcony too! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! What sets it apart from others is the excellent communication & responsiveness from the owner plus all the little details for a truly enjoyable stay! Thank you Rhonda! I hope to come back again!
