Awesome neighborhood full of beautiful adobes, pleasant walk to plaza and art galleries. The rental management was really attentive which we appreciated! Note that the kitchen is pretty small and the refrigerator is a mini- don't plan on huge cooking extravaganzas- but it also had what we needed. The patio was also really pleasant for our breakfasts.
Lovely quiet neighborhood in an excellent location. Walking distance to Canyon Road.Nice play to stay with pets. Depending on the size/curiosity level of your dogs, the courtyard may not contain them. I added some additional temporary barriers to keep mine from getting into the adjoining yard, and it worked fine. They greatly enjoyed the space. For longer stays, it would be helpful to have dish drying rack for washing dishes, as well as a small vacuum of some kind. The fridge/freezer is small but functional, and there are laundromats nearby for laundry. The wifi was excellent.Overall, it was exactly what I needed for me and my pets, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall, my stay at this property was ok. It’s a sweet place in a nice area.I was charged a very substantial pet fee that was nowhere listed in Vrbo anywhere under policies or any potential charges for a pet fee. This was after I had already paid for my stay at the property and could not be reimbursed. This situation, with the lack of transparency on the front end was definitely troubling. I was reimbursed eventually but not without ramifications.
The home was charming and immaculate. The management company was responsive to our needs. The courtyard was lovely and our little dog enjoyed exploring after I made a few adjustments to insure he was not able to get out. Being an older property, my 78 year old husband had some challenges with the varying floor levels in the home., The bed was quite comfortable but the kitchen is tiny and a bit like camping since there is only a dorm sized refrigerator. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable, lots to see and experience. All and all, we very much enjoyed our stay.
Great location and has everything one could need for their stay. While it has all amenities, it is just a section of the larger house and there is a locked (from the other side) door to the rest of the house. Things of this nature always make us a little uneasy as we do not know who may have access to enter this way. Overall very pleasant stay!
A few things: The bed is hard as a rock and really uncomfortable. The lamp next to the bed on the right has a short and does not work. A dish rack would have been nice after hand washing. The steps outside are not well lit and it was hard to navigate them in the dark. The ceiling above the dresser leaks. It rained the last two nights of our stay. Luckily nothing of value was damaged by water. I did remove the art on the wall because it was getting wet. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay- just needs a few tweaks to make it worth the price.
