Hideaway Centrally Located In Amarillo

The Hideaway is a stunning, newly built retreat featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sunroom, and a private outdoor courtyard. Every aspect of the design, finishes, and décor has been meticulously curated to provide our guests with the ultimate in comfort, privacy, and security.

Arrival & Safety

Your stay begins with convenient, secure entry through the shared garage space via a coded opener, located just steps from the front door. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with 24-hour exterior and garage security cameras, as well as a registered EF-5 in-ground storm shelter.

Inside the garage entry, you’ll find a wall-mounted coat rack and shoe tray. To maintain a pristine environment for guests with allergies or little ones, we are a pet-free home and require that street shoes be left at the door (house shoes and slippers are encouraged!).

Living & Dining

As you enter The Hideaway using your private guest code, you’re welcomed by a beautiful open-concept living and kitchen area. Four expansive six-foot “sky view” windows flood the space with natural light and offer views of our vertical gardens and the West Texas sky—all while maintaining complete privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, an electric range, and a side-by-side refrigerator. Reverse osmosis water is available at the sink and ice maker for crystal-clear drinking water and ice. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and creamer.

The dining area seats four comfortably (up to six upon request).

Relaxation & Entertainment

The living area is designed for cozy vibes, featuring an oversized chair, a lounge-position sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace available at the flick of a switch. Above the fireplace sits a 60-inch Smart TV, viewable from anywhere in the room.

You’ll also find a curated library of books on the flanking bookcases, including a dedicated section for children.

Just off the kitchen, a bright sunroom offers a versatile space with a 42-inch Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and a comfy lounger—perfect for movie nights or relaxing while overlooking the courtyard.

The Private Courtyard

Step outside onto tumbled pavers to discover your own private oasis. Relax to the sound of the fountain and enjoy the lush vertical plantings along the 8-foot privacy fence.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Upstairs, you’ll find two fully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a king bed with luxury linens.

Each room includes a walk-in closet with built-in drawers, bedside lamps with USB ports, and a 42-inch Smart TV.

Both bathrooms offer a spa-like experience with marble-surround showers, glass enclosures, and endless hot water from a tankless water heater. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a first-aid kit are provided for your convenience.

On-Site Laundry with Extra Comfort

Skip the laundromat! Your stay includes access to full-sized laundry facilities located in our heated garage. This shared space—used only with our adjacent sister unit—remains cozy year-round thanks to radiant floor heating. It’s a convenient and secure spot to refresh your wardrobe just steps from your door.

Safety Features

Your safety is our priority. The kitchen is equipped with a fire blanket, and a fire extinguisher is located just inside the garage. Upstairs bedrooms feature egress windows with escape ladders.
