“Our Nest” comfortable & secluded place to rest - upstair guesthouse.

Our Nest is an upstair cozy and very comfortable guesthouse. We have covered parking for 1 car. Stairway to our secluded nest was built with you in mind, so that you can easily climb.
We offer 2 comfy beds.
One queen bed with smart tv and closet with storage for all your needs.
Just off the main room is the 2nd room which has a full size bed and large walk-in closet.
The restroom offers a shower, fluffy towels and rugs, and amenities to meet all your needs.
We are located in an established, older neighborhood that is quiet but very close to highways and restaurants.
We offer coffees with a Keurig.
We do not have a stove. We offer microwave, hot plate and toaster.
Our Nest offers many amenities that make you feel comfortable and just like home.
Decor is warm and inviting mixture of grey and blue tones with dark hardwood flooring.
There is a deck over looking lush green grass and landscaped yard to where many birds call home.
We offer comfortable seating and outdoor dining table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy the sunrise and beautiful sunsets.
Easy access with keypad entries to come and go as you please.
We are located right off the interstate - easy off and on entrances.
Our Nest is a 15 minute drive to Palo Duro State Park - where many visitors like to go and hike.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Very clean and cozy. I will never visit the area again and not stay there! Comfortable beds, plush towels, excellent views from patio areas, safe and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple or parents with children. No matter what, it's perfect. Close to great restaurants, fast food, gas stations and Walmart. Convenient to almost everything you can think of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We stayed at "Our Nest" for the one night stop between FW and Colorado Springs both directions of our trip. It was very well furnished, great location with nearby restaurants and ease of access. Very private and covered parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Nest is located right behind our home and over our shop. My husband is a Builder-Contractor and I am a stay at home Wife and Grandma :)

Why they chose this property

Our property is in a very old and established neighborhood. This property, and all others property's are on large 1-2 acre lots. Though we are very much in a city you get all the feels of country living. Truly that is what drew us to call this place our home.

What makes this property unique

Our Nest was created from a desire that I have carried for many years.
Originally, before all the social media, "Bed and Breakfast" environments and Hotels were your only option.
Once I began traveling with VRBO I knew that this was to be my destiny.
We had the space and my husband and I began the process of creating a place to which we would want to stay as guest ourselves.
It is warm and inviting and most of all so comfy!!
It has been said that the decor and all the hospitable touches truly make this a delightful stay.
