Location , Location, Location! Home has been recently renovated inside and out, very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Vanderbilt beach.
You can relax by the heated pool with poolside grill. Master Bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet. Second and third bedroom with queen size bed and closet. Dinning room table sits 10 people comfortably. New Kitchen with quartz counter tops, new faucet, and 3 chairs off kitchen island. Screen enclosed lanai, also includes outdoor table and seating for 8, backyard is fenced. Includes a 1 car garage. Internet and WIFI available. Each bedroom has a new flat screen TV installed. Relax watching TV in the new sectional sofa in living room. Included for your comfort are Linens, Towels, bicycles, Barbecue grill, beach chairs, beach towels, playing balls, Icebox/coolers, floating devices.

Cleaning team, uses the following process:

1) Sheets and towels are washed with highest heat/hot water setting and extra detergent

2) we use "Chlorox Cleanup + Bleach" on all surfaces (interior and exterior), doorknobs, light switch covers, front door, coffee maker, window hardware, nightstands, etc.

3) Cleaning personnel wear gloves when cleaning. All rags and mop pads are clean when entering the home to clean.

Nice vacation home

Great vacation rental! Very, very clean and everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable, the house nicely decorated and the pool area was great! Would not hesitate to rent this place again. Very happy with our stay.

Perfect Relaxing place

This is a cozy, beautiful place close to the beach. Great local restaurants within 5- 10 minutes. The place was perfect, pool and patio were enjoyable and where we spent most of our time. The air conditioner works great home was nice and cool. The house had all the comforts of home. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Lovely home, exactly as it appears in the photos. Well stocked with every beach, pool, and kitchen accessory imaginable. The pool was the perfect temperature. Convenient location near stores, restaurants and beaches. Very enjoyable stay.

The house, the pool, the location was all just absolutely amazing. The house is just as gorgeous and spotless as pictured. In addition to being practical and comfortable, you can tell the owners really take pride in the home with the gorgeous decor and small details throughout the house. The pool was incredible - our kids never wanted to leave. The kitchen was well stocked for everything you’d need to cook and clean up. The bathrooms had soap, TONS of towels and toilet paper. The beds were comfy, and the garage had everything you would need for a day at the beach. The location is also amazing - 5 minutes from the beach and tons of grocery stores and restaurants. Our kids (5 and 7) have already requested we go back to the same house next time we visit. It’s a true gem, thank you for sharing your gorgeous home!

Quick Anniversary Get Away

Everything about this house and location was perfect. So many details were thought out and communicated to make this a great place to stay. It was just two of us for this stay but there was plenty of room for our whole family. The location was minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores. The safe feeling and quiet neighborhood was also a great perk! Great place to stay.

Exploring the beach

We absolutely loved our stay here — it was even better than we expected!The house has everything you could possibly need: kitchen stuff, beach gear, pool toys — even a life vest for kids! As a mom, I really appreciated those thoughtful touches.Everything is super clean, the furniture and renovations are all new, and it just feels really cozy and welcoming.The beach is only a 3-minute drive away, which was perfect for us.We’re definitely coming back next year!

Amazing get away !

5 day get away was amazing ..house was immaculate..filly stocked with anything you need ..we had 2 12 yr old also ..location was amazing by all the beaches. The host was always attentive and ready to answer any questions we had. Will definitely stay again in the future. Ty again for a wonderful vacation!

New remodel

Great stay at this nicely remodeled home. Everything was bright and clean. New everything. Kitchen had everything we looked for. Comfortable beds, if a little on the small side. Great pool and lounging area. Walked to Joe’s Diner for excellent breakfast and to Turtle Club for beachside lunch. Hope to come back.

The home was lovely! Very spacious, inviting, and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the BBQ grill with patio seating. Everything you need is within a 10 mile radius! Whole Foods, Publix, Naples Zoo, the Beach. We really enjoyed our mini vacation there!

This property is located within walking distance to Vanderbilt beach, we love the advantage of walking or biking to the beach in the morning, or taking the fishing poll and go fishing on the near by Naples bay. 2 blocks up there's Mercato shopping center with many restaurants, bars, cinema and shopping.
