ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This 3-story home requires stairs to access
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front door on the doorbell facing the front entry, camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the driveway, and camera 2 is on the back of the house facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- This property does not offer air conditioning
- The community pool and hot tub are available with a $5 daily fee, paid on-site
- The seasonal community pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Due to limited cell towers, Verizon is the only carrier that has service on-site
- Due to local wildlife, leaving food or trash outdoors, in vehicles, or in the garage is strictly prohibited as it can attract animals in the surrounding area and pose a safety risk. All windows and doors must be closed and locked any time the home is left unattended
- Sometimes tire chains are required for accessing the property depending on weather conditions. Chains are available to purchase in the area, but please reach out to the Guest Contact prior to your stay with questions or concerns
