Tolle Lage

Nur rund 250m bis zum Strand. Dementsprechend ist die Promenade auch direkt vor der Tür, stört aber nicht da man in dritter Lage wohnt. Die Möbel sind in Teilen etwas altbacken und kleinere Reparaturen wären nötig.
