Waldhaus WE 26: very nice 3-room apartment close to the beach

This welcoming and very cosy 3-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the 3rd floor / top floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the two bedrooms is carpet or vinyl; the living and kitchen areas, as well as the bathroom and toilet, are tiled.

The holiday rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a portable travel cot (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The inviting, spacious, and very cosy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and 2 cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to both the sunny balcony (facing southwest) and the beautiful, glass-enclosed loggia (facing northeast), both offering a magnificent view of the nearby Baltic Sea. Here you can relax while enjoying breakfast or savour the balmy summer evenings with a good glass of wine …!

For your entertainment, the holiday rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, a DVD player, and a selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open and cosy kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The second bedroom (children’s room) features a comfortable bunk bed for two people, nightstands, a spacious closet, and a small table and seating area for children, and has direct access to the balcony.

The bright and modern bathroom (with natural light / electric skylight) features a shower, sink, toilet, a small bathroom cabinet, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a carport belonging to your apartment, located directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
