It is 20 minutes from Simmons Bank Arena, 25 minutes from the Promenade at Chenal, 10 minutes from the Outlets of Little Rock. and Bass Pro Shop. Whether you're exploring the nearby University of Arkansas-Little Rock, Hot Springs Oaklawn Casino, a local wedding, graduation, or sports activity, this vacation home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Benton.

When its time to unwind, retreat to one of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Cozy up in the family room to a fireplace and large smart Sony TV. And with free WiFi, air conditioning and central heat throughout, you'll enjoy all the comforts of home. There are two additional TV's with a Roku stick. Wedding retreat

Our granddaughter got married at the Grander house about 30 minutes away. This was an excellent location for us to stay. The house is easy access and very comfortable with plenty of parking. I highly recommend this house.

We stayed at this property for my son’s golf tournament. The house is very spacious. The house is very clean and has lots of rooms—mudroom, an office, dining room, kitchen, living room, 2 huge bedrooms, another bedroom. There were plenty of towels and blankets. Check-in was a breeze. We quite often visit family in Arkansas over the holidays. This is our second time staying here and it was perfect just like the first time.
