This was a nice place to stay for our trip to Benton. The main bed was very soft and comfy. The second bedroom was very warm and had to keep doors open to get the AC to the room. But enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when in the area.

Nice stay

Pleasantly quit location with lots of trees. Great communication with management.Kitchen could use a few more forks, knives and a baking sheet.Plenty of towels & linens.Will stay here again.

Decorated very tastefully. Hot water was great! I appreciated the outdoor light by the door as it was quite dark when we arrived. The tub was clean but could use whitening. The queen mattress needs replaced; it has a dip in the middle which makes it uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep.

Almost perfect! The bed was really soft so I sank in the middle, water could have been hotter and internet cut out but overall it was an enjoyable stay. I would 100% stay again

The mattress was very old. Only 1 hand towel in bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. Did not have full set of silverware or pots and pans The floor was uneven
