Great house…but!!!
Booking the house was easy and lots of communication to start with…but then it fell apart. Never received our morning of stay email which was to have our entry code to get into the house and house information. When we arrived in Arizona and needed this important information I had to phone the contact number. I was on hold for approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. When after this waste of my vacation time I was finally put through to a young man that never apologized about the long wait. I was just told that it was extremely busy as it was the first day of spring break. Obviously there were lots of problems for a lot of other customers. We Finally arrived bat the house and everything seemed to be good. The next day we did notice lots of weeds in the backyard pool area…pulled a few and got on with the day. We purchased our groceries with the internet to use the Bar B Q. A few days later we noticed in the middle of cooking dinner we were out of propane. There wasn’t a spare tank. We only used the BBQ in the evenings for cooking dinner and only for about 20 to 30 minutes 5 of the 7 evenings. Messaged help line for a refill tank. Told that maybe we would get one sent next day. No promises. Never heard back. Messaged help again. Told that we could go and get a refill or get a tank exchange and get a refund if I submit the bill. So we took the tank in for a exchange. Tried to send a message with a picture of the receipt multiple times and it wouldn’t go through. Not too happy. Most of the week was enjoyable and relaxing. The house was really nice. Service and communication was very disappointing. Probably wouldn’t recommend to our family or friends.
