BEWARE of this con artist and squatter! Guest arrived, was extremely nasty about the house temps and demanded full refund and cancellation. The house temps were 80 degrees and ac working to cool. We explained our company policy doesn’t permit stays once reservation is cancelled. He insisted we cancel and we did plus we refunded his full cost. He refused to leave and was a SQUATTER on the property overnight. He left the house a mess as squatters do. Why was he sent a review link when the reservation was cancelled? This is a violation of Vrbo’s policy. We would not rent to him again and strongly recommend others steer clear.
