The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Quiet get away

South Hampton 0407 was a great place to rest, relax and unwind. It’s close enough to the local attactions, great dinning and shopping but not too close to the city traffic noise. It was very quite at night unlike other places we’ve stayed along the beach. We will stay here again in the future.

Beach View is Great

The condo would be best for a weekend/brief stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture in the second bedroom was updated and comfortable. The multiple balcony access was a plus. We had an issue with the microwave which was quickly addressed. The staff of B2Vacations were great to work with.

1 friend and I stayed here for a long weekend. Location was great. The condo was immaculate. The owner was quick to respond to questions. I’d suggest that after this season they replace all of the carpet with tile or LVP, but still, it was a very nice place with a great view.

When we arrived we had questions and I called number that was provided. The woman was very rude. The room needed a lot of updating for the priced that I paid. Dryer didn't work, the refrigerator was set the highest that it could go. We put our groceries in there and it frozen everything. Was not worth the money that I spent.

Overall area was in a great location & condo was clean, as well as the surrounding grounds. The condo was a little outdated & the electrical outlets would not retain power cords when plugged in. The power cords simply fell out of the outlets. We were given a code to the outside pool; however, it did not allow us access. By the time our property host returned our call, it was too late in the evening.

The condo is located away from the large crowds and busier hotels. There is a secured entrance with a gate guard as you enter Kingston plantation. There is ample, easy to access parking on the side of the building as well as in front of the building. There is also easy beach access with a short walk.

Great View, Great Condo, Responsive Rental Company

The Condo at South Hampton, 407, was spacious, super clean, and provided a great view up the beach. Being on the fourth floor was handy, as you could choose to walk up or ride the elevators. B2 Vacations is a top notch organization who makes check in easy, no key needed! Their maintenance man, Jason, is a fantastic ambassador for their company, as he is fast in his response, personable, and South Carolina kind and wise.

My only change would be check out at 11. 10 does not give time to make all needs done Breakfast, clean up, take out garbage, make sure towels and personal items are picked u[p. otherwise everything is perfect.

South Hampton Tower has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
