About this property

A historic treasure in Southern Maine, very unique and spacious

The Sealander House was built by the City's Mayor in 1926. This historical home is full of old world charm, huge rooms, lots of large windows and drenched in sunlight. It features hardwood floors, a working fireplace, pocket doors, French doors, a huge dining room, 2 full kitchens, 2 gas grills, one on the back porch off the kitchen and one on the 2nd floor deck, a large inviting front porches, a large deck off the 2nd floor kitchen, a covered balcony. Lots of privacy with established gardens and a fire pit. The house sits across the Street from Clifford Park. An amazing home perfect for groups, vacations and celebrations. An easy day trip to Portland. The house is close to numerous beaches, a short drive to many popular tourists spots, 25 minutes from Portland and the University of New England is down the street.

I have a Eufy security system at The Sealander House. The cameras are external. My favorite pics so far have been wildlife.

I am a Registered Nurse in Portland, Maine. I moved from Vermont to Maine
expecting to stay a year or two. That was 35 years ago. I quickly became
addicted to the ocean and living in a seaside town. The lifestyle and
people are pretty great too. I love seafood, swimming in the ocean, the
smell of the ocean and all the fun that comes with it. I have two grown
sons that live locally and bring me a lot of joy.
