Such a beautiful location overlooking the marsh and 2 blocks from miles of sandy beach! Pine Point is our happy place and this home made everyone comfortable. Plenty of space for our large family to spread out. Lovely!

The house was a five minute walk from a beautiful beach, had a great view of the river and was walking distance to a few restaurants and a bar. The beds were comfortable and the space was good for 7 adults, two toddlers and two dogs.

Clean, beautiful views, lovely location and great neighborhood. Local restaurants were amazing. Still have no idea where the pickleball court was, and there was no stove, no hot tub, no outdoor shower, and no sauna. No big deal for us. We ordered our dinners in and cooked breakfast on a griddle. The kids loved fishing in the marsh. Also laundry machines were nice.

Hi The pickleball court is a public court 1 mile from the house on RT 9 Pine Point RD. The sauna was replaced with the second dryer. There are 4 induction cookplates, and a full oven, micrwave. There was never a hot tub but a whirlpool bath with shower. Hope that clarify things.

The location is fabulous. Easy walk to Pine Point beach and can access the salt marsh right behind the house. The host was responsive when we had an issue and responded promptly. The house is large and can comfortably accommodate a large family/friends. There are two induction cook plates. No regular stove but was sufficient for our vacation cooking. The house does not feel new any longer. We wished the house was cleaner and there were many towel racks, etc that had come undone. It was mopped and clean sheets etc but it needs a deep clean, after a summer of rentals. Most of the beds had no mattress covers and no pillow covers. Shower curtains were mildewed. We had a leak from the 3rd floor bathroom shower onto the 2nd floor bed. The host did respond quickly and fix it but we couldn’t use the shower while caulk dried. We would consider renting again due to the location but wish more attention was given to the caretaking of the building.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home while celebrating my daughter's college graduation. the owner was very responsive and the property was spacious enough for several family members to stay together comfortably, which made the occasion even more special. There was plenty to do nearby, including relaxing walks along the beach and enjoying excellent local restaurants. Spending quality family time together under one roof created memories we'll cherish for years to come. We highly recommend property!

I found the property not very clean (vents had thick layer of dust, lots of dust and dog hair, porch was a mess, screens didn’t work). It was also unclear that this property was attached to the property in the front, parking was fine for our rental - the one in the rear - but very difficult for front rental. We ended up letting front rental have one of our spaces. It was also not clearly stated that there is no stove top. There was a stove top plug in but it was hidden in the closet and we didn’t know it was there until day #3. The kayaks out back were great but we had to clean them out before using. Fire pit great and views beautiful but I would not stay there again. It was just way too expensive for a place that wasn’t very clean and didn’t have a staff be top.

Excellent location and space for our family of 10

Plenty of space for our group of 9 to sleep and live comfortably together and take time apart if needed. :) Location was excellent, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and pubs and restaurants were even closer. And you can't beat the view of the sunset every night over the marsh!

Perfect spot for a family beach vacation. Morning kayaking across the marsh, beach all day, great seafood dinner options around the corner and a cozy bar next door. House accommodations were excellent and had all we needed.

Pine Point

Location was excellent. Beach and many great restaurants located within walking distance. Salt marsh views were beautiful. Property needs some minor maintenance, however communication with host was prompt. Many amenities included with this property.

Family celebration

We had a great time and enjoyed the stay. Property has great views and easy walks to beaches and restaurants. We were able to have meals in as needed comfortably and enjoyed backyard fire pit in evenings. Appreciate the opportunity and hope to return soon.
