Step inside our newly built, beautifully designed, spacious home and find yourself one block from winding footpaths along Fall Creek. Conveniently located, our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is just minutes from Indy's must see attractions. We can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests!

**Pet fee =$150 total for first 2 pets. $50 extra for 3rd pet. 3 pet maximum.**

Came in to Indianapolis looking for a comfortable place to stay while exploring the city with some of my extended family. Not only was the home as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, the host is exceedingly welcoming and easy to get ahold of; usually responding within minutes of my messages. Any concerns were immediately talked through and figured out. The house was an accommodating space for my toddler, as well as welcoming to my mother's dog. I would book this house again if the opportunity presented itself.

Property was perfect for our trip. Quiet neighborhood and close to all the popular areas in Indianapolis. Plenty of space and the pool table was great entertainment. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Indianapolis 500 weekend so all prices were high. Place was nice fully equipped for group. Coffee was a nice touch. Could use a bit of paint but otherwise very clean. Pool table and multiple TV a plus. Garage parking. Could use a bit more bedroom furniture but beds were good condition. AC worked well.

We hosted a family gathering here and it was a perfect fit. The upstairs is like a whole apartment so the family with smaller kids had their own space. We have 2 family members who use wheelchairs and the entire first floor had everything we needed. Note, the downstairs shower is a tub so use caution if your loved one requires a walk in. Alley parking was sufficient to accommodate 5 vehicles. Aaron was super responsive and very accommodating.

Lovely

We had a fantastic stay! We were three families with kids ranging from age 2 to 15. Everybody was comfortable the house accommodated us perfectly, the host was extremely communicative, and if we come back to the area, we would revisit this stay!
