This rental was true to the photos. We had enough space for our family of 5. We had a small issue in the kitchen but that was quickly addressed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only drawback was the lack of sitting areas given that the property sleeps some many. We enjoyed being close to downtown and having access to the highway. We would totally rent again

Thanks for the kind review Charles! We'll look into adding more seating areas to the property, thanks for the recommendation
We had a fun week staying here. It was a little cramped for 10 of us that was here. There’s not a lot of seating, but we utilize the kitchen chairs.. there was plenty of room sleeping wise. Didn’t really use the game room we went in but it was very hot the week we stayed and the room was really muggy. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Worked great for what we needed. Parking is tight in the back if you have a big vehicle. We used the street parking most of the time.
The property was exactly as described. We were comfortable and slept soundly. Used parking provided and found spots on the street. Communication was fast and easy. Thank you!
Home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Host was proactive to ensure everything with the stay went as expected, and we had no problems. Thank you!
Great Home Clean and Comfy Beds was amazing and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly.
Very very impressed This was our first time staying at one and I must say we have the best host and the best house for the family fun that we had we'll definitely be coming again Thank you
Nice house! Plenty of room for all, including a huge table where everyone could eat together. Small driveway, holding only 2 cars. But, plenty of street parking.
We had a fantastic stay at this property during our week in Indianapolis! The home was perfect—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and provided a quiet, relaxing environment that made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we truly appreciated how well-kept and welcoming the space was. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Indianapolis!
We booked this rental for our swim group that likes to stay together during our swimming nationals. The location was ideal being in close proximity to the Olympic trials at Lucas Oil stadium and the IUPUI natatorium. The house while showing some wear and tear was clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. We would stay there again.
Great property and extremely close to downtown. Very short drive or uber. Everyone who came enjoyed their time. We utilized the patio and garage (ping pong/game room) for the most part and it was fantastic. All rooms and beds were well maintained and cleaned and the kitchen area was extremely spacious. We would definitely stay again.
House was clean! I don’t suggest SUVs to park in the rear it’s possible just a struggle! Hunter was very responsive and helpful. Will be staying again!
We stayed for just one night for the Taylor swift concert. The house was clean and perfect for what we needed. Host answered questions quickly. My only request would be to better label/give directions for parking at the rear of the house. When you’re in the alley, it’s hard to tell which house it is at first! The house itself was wonderful, and we found parking in front of the house without issue.
The home was cute matching the neighborhood. It was easy to find. We parked our larger vehicle on the street. There was usually a space right in front of the house. Our smaller vehicle easily was parked in the driveway in the back. The home had plenty of extras such as bedding, toilet paper, detergent and coffee to name a few. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and various cooking items. The listing was somewhat accurate in the number of beds and furniture. However, the couch and chair in the living room were very uncomfortable and not sturdy. The upstairs shower head barely sprayed water. There were missing finishing pieces on the island and trim work around the house. Two handles on the fridge and freezer were broken. One of the queen beds was broken. The most alarming missing item was a hand rail for the staircase. Communication with the host was speedy and they sent someone to put in a new handrail, fix the bed and look at the shower head. The maintenance person did call prior to coming as well. The house just seemed like it had some rough guests and amateur remodeling people. I will give it to the hosts - they are trying! But it just missed the mark.
We arrived to the house in the middle of a snow storm. The house was nice but the cleaning crew didn't do a good job. The master bedroom was very hot compared to the rest of the house. We had the thermostat set on 70 which worked well for the rest of the house. My daughter found the bed uncomfortable but my wife and I found the beds to be very comfortable. I had been informed by others the neighborhood wasn't very safe but didn't find this to be the case. I walked my dog in the evening and had no issues. I noticed many of the neighbors had their curtains open. Also saw people helping others when their cars were stuck in the snow. I would not hesitate staying at this location again.
Mostly a good experience, comfy mattresses upstairs but not downstairs. Parking difficult for number staying there and neighbors behind the house metal gates make it almost impossible to back out of back parking area. Could be a little cleaner esp in laundry room, back entrance.
