Barefoot Paradise, is a 4-bedroom, 3-full bath, Key West-style home, has three levels of living space with water views from the second and third floors and accommodates up to 9 guests. Home includes an open floor plan family room, dining room that seats 8 and fully equipped kitchen including bar seating for 4, elevator to all levels, private in-ground spa, updated outdoor patio space and brand new gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, parking for up to 4 cars and many other amenities. Quick walk to the famous sugar-soft sands of Indian Shores beaches, as well as Salt Rock Grill, and Viola-Merci bakery. Convenient access to restaurants, bars, mini-golf and shopping in Reddington Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Madiera Beach and Treasure Island by car or the Suncoast beach trolley.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All food must be removed from the refrigerator, freezer and cupboards prior to check-out. Failure to do so will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.
Please dispose of all trash and food by placing trash bags in the bin(s) provided, and placed out by the curb.
If you have any dirty beach towels, please start a load of them in the washer before departing the home. Laundry detergent is in the cupboard of the Laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Completed rental agreement and picture of primary renter's driver's license must be received no later than 5 days prior to the check-in date.
There are 6 security cameras on the exterior of the premises, covering the driveway, garage, front door and patio area, including the hot tub.

The home is so comfortable and spacious. We all had plenty of space. The location of the home is perfect and right across from the amazing beach. The house was very clean upon arrival. The only thing is maybe a few more bath towels and blankets for beds. It was unseasonably chilly while we were there and would have liked to be able to add a blanket.

Just beautiful and relaxing accommodations. Dave & Lauren could not have been nicer to deal with. Their very well appointed, spotless and feature filled home was the perfect spot for our group. We have stayed up and down the west coast of Florida and this has been one of our favorites. Views of the beach from the 2 decks that were the perfect way to start and end each day. Easy and short walk to beach, the home have all of the little things available that other places lack. They both responded quickly to any questions and concerns and we hope to come back again in the future.

Wonderful accomodations

We enjoyed our stay and everything met our expectations. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We had some sunny moments and enjoyed the quick walk to the beach as well as enjoyed the hot tub when it was cloudy and cold. It was a perfect location for the Christmas holiday.

We could not ask for anything more!

The place was very clean, beds are comfortable, the view of the beach from the balcony bedroom was breath taking and relaxing. The kitchen is nicely stocked and we really appreciated the beach gear.  We could not have for anything more! We would stay here again.

Family fun sun

The property was great! It was perfect for our family. Lots of room for cooking…enjoying family meals together.. playing cards in the evening. The balcony was great for late night, relaxing with a glass of wine. Owner was great and very responsive to all questions and concerns. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone and would love to revisit it in the future.

Great 3 Story Beach House

This house was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Lots of space and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico! Easy walking access to the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had prior to and upon arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

The property is updated and more stunning in person versus the pictures! The location is within steps of the beach you can't get any closer. The hot tub was a nice perk, and the AC unit worked great!

Beautiful, well-appointed home in a fantastic location

We had a relaxing vacation at the beach in this beautiful home. My friends and I felt pampered and were able to unwind. The deck facing the beach was our haven from coffee in the morning to cocktails in evening. There were several great restaurants and bars in walking distance and the beach was an easy walk across the street. The home was clean and hosts were excellent communicators. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place across from the beach

Such a beautiful place! Watched beautiful sunsets from the deck and one night saw a dozen or so dolphins. The beds were so cozy! It was nice to be able to grill out, did some veggies, sweet potatoes, steaks and king crab on the grill, it was great. Got to use the hot tube a few night which was great. Absolutely would recommend this for a family vacation!

Spectacular sunsets

The house was great for our three generation family. The elevator and quick, flat walk to the beach were perfect for the grandparents. The kids loved the bunk room. The bed were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. Can’t wait to go back.

This is an amazing home and location. Away from the heavy traffic of St Pete yet close enough. The beach across the road is amazing and all needed accessories are available. Walking distance to a great little coffee shop and a great dive bar. The house was immaculate and incredibly clean. I would book again 100% when heading back to the area.

Perfect Beach Vacay

3 adult couples that wanted a quiet beach house and privacy. This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so each couple had our own space. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied and equipped if you want to make a quick meal. It is a VERY short walk to the beach and from the 3rd floor master bedroom balcony you can see the water. If we are back in this area we will definitely rent this beautiful home again.

We had an amazing stay at Barefoot Paradise. The beach is within walking distance which is great when you have littles. We had access to the house beach wagon which included chairs/umbrella/some toys which was really nice to have. Cute coffee shop next door. Nice ocean view from master. House is beautiful.
