Barefoot Paradise, is a 4-bedroom, 3-full bath, Key West-style home, has three levels of living space with water views from the second and third floors and accommodates up to 9 guests. Home includes an open floor plan family room, dining room that seats 8 and fully equipped kitchen including bar seating for 4, elevator to all levels, private in-ground spa, updated outdoor patio space and brand new gas grill, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, parking for up to 4 cars and many other amenities. Quick walk to the famous sugar-soft sands of Indian Shores beaches, as well as Salt Rock Grill, and Viola-Merci bakery. Convenient access to restaurants, bars, mini-golf and shopping in Reddington Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Madiera Beach and Treasure Island by car or the Suncoast beach trolley.

Beautiful, well-appointed home in a fantastic location

We had a relaxing vacation at the beach in this beautiful home. My friends and I felt pampered and were able to unwind. The deck facing the beach was our haven from coffee in the morning to cocktails in evening. There were several great restaurants and bars in walking distance and the beach was an easy walk across the street. The home was clean and hosts were excellent communicators. Would highly recommend.

Spectacular sunsets

The property was very spacious for 6 adults. Everything you could need in the kitchen was supplied. Elevator was very handy. Viewing sunsets from the balcony was our favorite. Thank you Lauren and Dave for such a memorable week!

We could not ask for anything more!

The place was very clean, beds are comfortable, the view of the beach from the balcony bedroom was breath taking and relaxing. The kitchen is nicely stocked and we really appreciated the beach gear.  We could not have for anything more! We would stay here again.

Great Get away

Wonderful accomodations

We enjoyed our stay and everything met our expectations. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. We had some sunny moments and enjoyed the quick walk to the beach as well as enjoyed the hot tub when it was cloudy and cold. It was a perfect location for the Christmas holiday.

Beautiful home and location

The property is updated and more stunning in person versus the pictures! The location is within steps of the beach you can't get any closer. The hot tub was a nice perk, and the AC unit worked great!

Great 3 Story Beach House

This house was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Lots of space and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico! Easy walking access to the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had prior to and upon arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place across from the beach

Such a beautiful place! Watched beautiful sunsets from the deck and one night saw a dozen or so dolphins. The beds were so cozy! It was nice to be able to grill out, did some veggies, sweet potatoes, steaks and king crab on the grill, it was great. Got to use the hot tube a few night which was great. Absolutely would recommend this for a family vacation!

Fantastic!!

This is an amazing home and location. Away from the heavy traffic of St Pete yet close enough. The beach across the road is amazing and all needed accessories are available. Walking distance to a great little coffee shop and a great dive bar. The house was immaculate and incredibly clean. I would book again 100% when heading back to the area.

Perfect for 3 generations

The house was great for our three generation family. The elevator and quick, flat walk to the beach were perfect for the grandparents. The kids loved the bunk room. The bed were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Beach Vacay

3 adult couples that wanted a quiet beach house and privacy. This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so each couple had our own space. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied and equipped if you want to make a quick meal. It is a VERY short walk to the beach and from the 3rd floor master bedroom balcony you can see the water. If we are back in this area we will definitely rent this beautiful home again.

Our family had an amazing stay.

Everything about the house was awesome. We noticed the umbrella provided had a broken handle (nothing major) but I wanted to let Lauren know. Before the end of the day they had 2 additional brand new umbrellas delivered to the house. We were all very impressed with everything about our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Barefoot Paradise. The beach is within walking distance which is great when you have littles. We had access to the house beach wagon which included chairs/umbrella/some toys which was really nice to have. Cute coffee shop next door. Nice ocean view from master. House is beautiful. College Graduation Celebration

I can't say enough great things about David and Lauren's house. There was enough space, well equipped and very close to the beach which is what we were looking for. Beach chairs and towels were also provided which is very rare. David and Lauren, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house to celebrate our granddaughter's college graduation. We have so many great memories to reflect back on.

Great property, great location!!

We had a wonderful experience with this property! The description of the property and location were spot on. Very clean and all the basic necessities provided. The beautiful white sandy beach access is just a short 3 min walk and can be seen from the balconies of the property. Plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The owners have provided a very comprehensive binder of instructions, information, menus, brochures, maps and coupons! They were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again if we are in the area!

Vacation Of A Lifetime! 10/10!

VACATION OF A LIFETIME!! Barefoot Paradise is an understatement! From start to finish, Dave & Lauren were great! Very responsive! They gave awesome recommendations for nearby fun! They even put together a binder with everything you could possibly need, even with coupons! The home is absolutely stunning from the second you pull in the driveway, 2 car garage, to seeing the in ground hot tub / spa around back with a nice seclusive seating area and games with views of the water! Then opening the door to an elevator right there to easily bring up your luggage to any of the 3 floors! Fully loaded kitchen with everything and more that you could possibly need. Balcony’s on the second and third floors with ocean views! Unbelievable sunsets! Extremely comfortable beds in all 4 rooms! Everything you could possibly need for the beach from beach towels, to chairs & more! 2 minute walk to the beach max! Unbelievable location with everything you could possibly need in either direction!
