Enveloped in upscale shrubbery and trees, this home is completely private. Even the settee in the back yard is enclosed for privacy. Don't forget to walk over to Havana Country Club for the best view of a championship golf course. Main living area includes a 55 inch TV with cosmopolitan styled furnishings. Both bedrooms come with lovely and comfortable queen sized beds. Walk out on the lanai with roll down shades, table w/4 chairs and 2 loungers..move further outside under the pergola on your private porch featuring two Adirondack chairs and table for your afternoon cocktail while you grill your dinner... If you need a set of golf clubs, order them and anything else from me, Paul, I'm 8 minutes away.
I can arrange for a golf cart rental if you'd like...

Great Villages Retreat

We had a wonderful time at this property. Great location and friendly neighborhood. Property was in fantastic shape, easy to clean and maintain. Everything was very well stocked to make our stay enjoyable. Would return there again.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home and owner couldn't be better. The home is beautiful, perfect size and well stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect! Close to both town squares, Colony shopping center and Colony Rec Center. Havana Country Club has delicious food and so close to the home. The owner Paul is friendly, informative and always available! Everything was so perfect we can't wait to return! We had so much fun! If your looking for a place in the villages, this is the perfect place!

Wonderful, welcoming home

We have come to The Villages for the last 8 years and stayed at various locations in the month of April. This home was the best location we’ve stayed at. The home was clean and welcoming. It’s central to The Villages and near every amenity we needed. Grocery was close and convenient as well as golf courses and pool. We will be returning next year.

Beautiful 2 bedroom+

Very clean and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus den. Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking and running on the neighborhood streets. Very safe. Loved it. Will stay again.

Best of the Villages

We had a great stay in The Villages. Paul is an outstanding host, quick to respond to questions and provide assistance. The house is a great value. It's clean, spacious and well equipped. Better than advertised! Highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

Location is the key....don't get stuck out in the way beyond...You'll want to be centrally located and this house is perfect.

What makes this property unique

Havana is considered one of the premiere country club of The Villages. In my opinion, it and Mallory have by far the best golf course views while enjoying your dinner or a cocktail...however, to me, Havana is appointed better with her Delores Hidalgo Tiles and other features.
