Location, Location, beautiful 3 bedroom dog friendly villa is located in the desirable neighborhood of Creekside Landing. You can walk to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you can find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and FREE live entertainment nightly. Edgewater neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance if you are looking to spend an afternoon pool side. If you are looking for activities Canal Street Recreation Center is just minutes away. Here you will find billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 55 " flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, a private master bath with walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. Each guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a tv for your guests to feel at home.  The guest bath is complete with towels and linens as well. And if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and read the courtyard villa with screened lanai is have privacy walls for sun bathing to give you the feeling of being in your own private world. 

This home comes complete with a Gas Golf Cart BBQ Grill, Free Cable tv and WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

Fabulous Location

We absolutely loved the central location of Lake Sumter Landing. Short walk to restaurants and nightly entertainment in the square. Relatively short cart ride to many of the great golf courses and activities in the Villages

Wonderful home and location!!!

Beautifully decorated and comfortable! The kitchen had everything you need and then some. We enjoyed golf carting or walking to Creekside Landings very own community pool. Also the option to walk or golf cart to Sumpter Landing for the nightly entertainment and the many restaurants. We highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

This was about as close to Sumpter Landing as you can get. Everything was perfect, except that it was hot and humid. I knew that going in.

First Time Visiting The Villages.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 1123 Creekside for a two-week vacation to experience TV. The home was clean and comfortable exactly as described with no issues with any of the appliances. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and appreciated being so close to Market Square. The only caveat is if you are seeking peace and quiet be prepared to hear the band playing every night from 5-9 while sitting out in the Lani, you are that close to the action. Another bonus is the family friendly pool located in the Creekside community which you can walk to in a few minutes or use the golf cart to access and enjoy the clean facility.Two weeks were defiantly not enough to experience all that TV has to offer. Stay as long as you can if time permits !Best Regards,Jack & Patty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We operate a rental in a different part of Florida, so we pay attention to how rentals are stocked. This one was excellent- everything you could want in a kitchen was there, and they supplied a decent amount of soaps/dishwasher pods/garbage bags. Awesome location, clean place. We would rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this location over the 4th of July holiday. We were very pleased when we first arrived, then we noticed the refrigerator and freezer were broken. Because it was a holiday week we could only reach the 'after hours' maintenance personnel. He provided coolers and ice but we still lost a lot of food and was very inconvenienced. When we finally were able to talk to the property management, after 5 days into our stay, she threatened to evict us. She was very unprofessional and should be relieved of her position. The owner only reimbursed us for the food we purchased and lost. We had to produce all our receipts, which in itself was more of our time we had to waste with this company. The owner of the property should consider a different Property Management Company.
