A wonderful place to relax and spend time with family or friends in this lovingly restored farmhouse, which features a bright and comfortable holiday rental, just 120 km from Paris, between Rouen and Lyons-la-Forêt. Located 15 km from Rouen, this former brick farm building has been converted into a comfortable, characterful holiday rental, adjoining holiday rental 4045. A 6,000 m² enclosed, flower-filled garden planted with fruit trees. South-facing terrace overlooking a century-old linden tree. Large shared summer lounge for both holiday rentals (ping-pong, foosball...). Personalised and cosy decor. Ground floor: - entryway, - bathroom with toilet, - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190 cm), - living room (TV, DVD player), - large kitchen (4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven). Upstairs: - bathroom, - separate toilet, - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm, 1 cot), - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm, 2 single beds 90x190 cm). Geothermal heating included for the ground floor. Sheet and towel rental available. Cleaning service available for an additional fee. Wi-Fi (fibre optic). Tourist tax not included. Please note: This holiday rental is not all-inclusive; certain options are available at an additional cost.
