Brand new quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, new sinks, faucets, microwave and more! Amenities include 2 outdoor pools with a waterslide and kiddie pool, an Indoor heated lap pool, a hot tub, a private beach on the beautiful lake, golf, private walking trails, a fishing pier, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, an arcade and gaming center, boat ramp launch, gym and more! Open studio style. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen area (with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and stove), dining and living areas. The condo is a hallway entry and is about 300 total square feet.

Mariners Landing is a great place to stay. All the amenities were up to par. We checked out the trails for walking and rode bikes around.

Such a cute, comfy little room with a very responsive host! Info is detailed and clear. The room has a window overlooking the mechanics of the bldng that are below parking lot level but the view from the backside of the condo building are outstanding! There’s a cute market with Starbucks coffee and some bfast sandwiches/pastries, a wonderful restaurant with outside seating and a nice pool out back. The building was clean and quiet and the only things we would suggest would be more towels - there was only 1 washcloth for 2 people for 2 days and some more dishes/glasses as what is there leaves you having to wash dishes daily.

Perfect landing spot!

This little studio was perfect as we spent the majority of our time out on the lake or at the pool. Parking is very convenient, the marketplace in the building next door is great, and it's an easy walk down to the pool and docks. Might be a little tight for an extended stay due to limited size, but perfect for a weekend!

Cute little condo with all of the necessities. The owner was quick to respond with every question. We booked very last minute and he was still able to take care of everything for us. Smith Mountain Lake was so beautiful and we were able to park our boat right on the propert.

Wonderful Stay at Mariners Landing!

We had a fantastic experience at this VRBO. The property had everything we needed—fully stocked with all the amenities and extremely clean. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process seamless.Mariners Landing itself is a gem! It offers everything you could want—beautiful pools, a relaxing hot tub, a well-stocked market, and Tiff’s is a great spot for dinner. The marina was perfect for our boat, and having access to a boat launch was a huge plus. The entire community was very clean and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Couch extremely dirty - vent in bathroom dirty - water in shower would not drain, shower clear curtain way to long you step on it in shower -curtain in room to long and falling down, no ironing board in room

We’re disappointed to see this 3-star rating, as we were never made aware of any issues during the guest’s stay. Other than the initial check in communication, we did not hear from the guest regarding any concerns, problems, or anything that could have been improved. Had we been made aware of an issue, we would have been happy to address it and do everything we could to make their stay more enjoyable. We always welcome honest feedback and strive to provide a great experience for every guest. Unfortunately, without any communication or explanation, we’re unsure what led to the rating and are unable to learn from or address whatever may have prompted it.
