Beautifully furnished 2 bed/2 baths, fireplace, and a comfortable modern kitchen in Elkhorn at the Ranch. This stand-alone ‘bungalow’ sits quietly off of Independence Drive. Furnished with 2 mountain bikes, fenced patio for your pups, BBQ, and 60” Samsung smart-tv’s with Amazon Fire sticks in each room. Log-in and enjoy movie night or enjoy Hulu Live. Walk outside to numerous hikes, bus stop to Baldy or downtown, enjoy the amenities of The Ranch (game room, hot tub, bar & pool) or visit the Harker Center and Village pools, tennis and pickleball courts. Sit on the deck and watch the elk walk by! Dogs welcome!

Why they chose this property
This is not your typical Sun Valley condo. It is a stand-alone 'home' so you don't hear next door neighbors on the other side of the wall. Unbelievable views and a very comfortable home with a large fenced in patio. We've decorated it beautifully and hope you enjoy it as much as our family does.
