Whether you're here for epic ski adventures or summer exploration, you'll enjoy easy access to the gondola, chairlifts, and vibrant Village amenities. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, secure underground parking for one vehicle, and a private ski locker conveniently located on the building's main floor, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Step into a thoughtfully designed second-floor condo with an open-concept living space. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace with a stone hearth, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy at the dining table for six or on the private balcony overlooking the valley.

The primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing bathtub to unwind after a day of adventure. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, generous storage, and access to a convenient bath/shower combo.

Enjoy access to hot tubs, a fitness room, sauna, laundry facilities, media room, and gated bike storage, this condo provides everything needed for a memorable Tahoe experience. A spacious 14-person hot tub, perfect for families, and a smaller, more intimate rooftop hot tub are waiting for you. Towels are often provided in the exercise, sauna, and hot tub area. For longer stays, a large laundry room with multiple washers and dryers is conveniently located on the first floor.

Winter guests are steps away from chairlifts, the Funitel, and Tram, making it easy to enjoy world-class skiing, snowboarding, and more. After a day on the slopes, soak in one of the outdoor hot tubs or relax by the fire pits scattered around the Village. You'll also find plenty of cozy cafes, bars, and unique eateries to unwind with friends and family. This building often hosts a free art, craft, and game room for kids in winter, with additional amenities like a pool table, foosball, saunas, and exercise rooms throughout the Village.

In the summer, the condo's patio is perfect for enjoying breakfast outside with mountain views. A portable air conditioning unit is available for summer comfort! From here, you'll have quick access to nearby trails for hiking and biking, as well as Lake Tahoe for water activities like kayaking, swimming, and boating. Play a round of golf, climb rocks on the Via Ferrata, enjoy a horse ride, or hang on a ropes course.

We try to offer this condo for much less than what the Village management charges because we do not use their management service. We do our best to pass as much savings as we can on to all of our guests. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can sometimes be arranged for a fee.
