Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, beautiful view and It had everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The murphy bed was a great addition, perfect for our teenager. Still some construction noise and vehicles around the South Seas property but all to be expected and did not effect our trip at all. We still enjoyed the beaches and the pool with no issues.

Needs major updates

The location was very nice, but the accommodations were not up to par. Old sofa bed that you cannot sit on, mold in bathroom with broken fan, dining chair had nail head coming through the upholstery and actually cut myself on it, sharp metal flashing coming apart from front door, no mattress pad cover, electrical outlets in bedroom need rewiring. Overall very run down and in need of major updates and refreshing.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. Booked late and there were not a lot of choices. Rosen Properties nice to deal with. The unit itself feels old and is in need of updating. The master bathroom in particular.

Nice Captiva Location

This is a basic little condo that is perfect for beach days and relaxation. Equipped with beach essentials is a plus.
