12 BR/13.5 BA Inn w/ Views of White Mountains & Heated Pool

The Bowman Inn is located in the Town of Randolph, NH surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest and Randolph Community Forest with incredible views of Mt Jefferson, Mt Adams and Mt. Madison only about 4 - 5 miles to the summits. Everyone that has stayed at the Inn says that the pictures don't do the views and Inn justice.

The Main House is 5,800 sf +/- and has 8 Bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom ensuite, 5 King and 3 Queen rooms with minisplit AC and heat controls in each room, 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 5 on the 2nd floor.

There is also a 2nd building on the property called the Carriage House, that is 2,300 sf +/-, which has 3 additional ground floor accessible bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen) each with its own bathroom and 1 bedroom studio apartment on the second floor with a King Bed. The Carriage House combined with the 8 bedrooms in the Main House for a total of 12 bedrooms/13.5 Bathrooms and up to 30 total Guests

The common rooms are great for big groups to get together in the large living room with wet bar, player piano, stereo, and big TV, or sun room with stunning views and the formal dining room that seats 20+. The spacious kitchen has been recently updated and has 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 Refrigerators, double wall ovens, convection/microwave oven and a large 5 burner stove. There is a table that seats 8 in the kitchen and it is a great place to gather and make meals for everyone.

The pricing on this listing is for the 12 Bedrooms/13.5 Bathrooms. If you only want to rent the 8 BR Main House, please contact me, then there may be other guests in the Carriage House. This option is only available during off peak times and close to arrival time.

The large garage can be used to store your gear and toys, if needed. There is lots of room to store your winter/summer gear in a huge closet right by the rear entry to the house, great for ski and hiking boots.

Outside, there is a heated inground pool from mid May thru September and a brand new hot tub installed in September of 2025 and in the pool area there is a wet bar in the pool house and a separate full bathroom for the pool area, a large outside dining area with grill, firepit, and outdoor play area with corn hole, swings for little ones. You can hike the white mountains and bike the presidential rail trail, a 20+ mile long bike trail directly from the property without getting in a car! The property has been updated and is the perfect place for a family reunion, small wedding, yoga retreat, corporate function, or gathering of friends for hiking, biking, skiing, snow mobiles and much more. The Main House has lots of books, toys and games to play while you are there for the big and little kids.

If you are interested in having the Inn be your small wedding/event location, a one week rental of the entire place is required and there will be additional fees for cleaning, We are not wedding/event planners, you will have to contract with caterers, etc... Message me to discuss your needs. The function can only be for guests staying at the inn, max 27 people.

There is a caretaker who maintains the pool and hot tub daily as well as the grounds, and who can respond to questions or solve problems. The owner is also available by phone to solve any issues.
