Newly renovated townhouse can become anyone’s home and their temple to help them forget everyday reality and put them in vacation mode. Pleasantly situated in one of the historic neighborhoods in Asheville, brightly in all seasons, deeper in wintry days and vivid upon the coming of the summer sun. The property has 2 private bedrooms, a full-size pull-out sofa in the living room and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, remote control fire place insert, smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart TV. All bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans. The bathroom has Walkin shower. The laundry facility has brand new washer and dryer. The open concept living room, formal dining room can sit 6, kitchen bar can sit 4, open concept kitchen is great for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary items for cooking and entertainment purposes. The living room has two sitting areas one is a full-size pull-out sofa and the second side has a spacious sectional that can seat 6. The living room opens up to a sliding door with access to one of two patios. The back yard patio overlooks green yard and gives you privacy should you wish sit outside. The property is not kids' proof but we welcome families and in addition we do offer pack'n play upon availability. Please message me should you need one. The property has up to 2 car parking spaces (2nd car you need to message for a space availability). Parking is Free.

Very clean and well stocked home. We really enjoyed the rental itself as well as the location. Pegi was very pleasant, helpful with things to do in the area and was very responsive as well. Definitely recommend.

The home was Beautiful. Excellent Host. We asked Agnes for some suggestions on local food, and she was fantastic. She also left us a nice bottle of wine. I highly recommend her place. It's a great getaway and close to good food and fun places, as well as a 15-minute ride to Biltmore.

I had an excellent time during my stay. The check in process was easeful and Pegi was welcoming and responsive. The home is strikingly clean and beautiful with so much natural sunlight and plenty of open space to be outside. Everything I needed was easy to find and ergonomic. Incredibly close to downtown Asheville and spots to shop and eat. I couldn’t recommend any more highly.
The house was great for a weekend getaway!! It had everything we needed. The kitchen did seem to have most general items tho we ate out every meal. Very spacious! The deck was nice! Parking IS for 2 vehicles only. It is a shared space, like stated. We had a minivan and an accord. Not sure anything much bigger would have fit. The host was VERY easy to get in touch with and responded quickly! Close drive to downtown and biltmore. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time visiting Asheville! Pegi is a wonderful host and made every part of the rental seamless. She was helpful before we got there with questions we had and available for anything we needed during our stay. The house is true to the description. Two large comfortable bedrooms, big well stocked kitchen with large dining table for meals and games. We also enjoyed the back deck for happy hour. It is in a residential neighborhood with off street parking but also close to restaurants and shopping. It was a quick drive to hiking, scenic drives, downtown and the Biltmore. We would recommend this home and stay here again if we return! Thank you Pegii!
