Newly updated deck with lounge furniture to appreciate the ocean views and breeze. We just gave Above the Sea an update with new toilets and showers as well as cellular shades throughout the house. Eventide is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and across the street from the neighborhood pool. South of 30A. The small private back yard and dog walking stations are perfect for your furry friends.

The entry has plenty of hooks in the hall to hang towels and hats and wet and sandy gear.

Take in the sunset and ocean view from our third floor balcony. We have a gas grill on the 2nd floor deck off the family room. NOTE: Regarding gas grill. We have 2 gas tanks and try to make sure the tanks are full on your arrival. However if tank is empty you can exchange for a full at these locations.

The master suite on the first floor has an updated bath with ample closet space. There is a TV tucked away in the armoire. Enjoy the back porch swings and private balcony. The back yard is fenced on 2 sides and a nice spot to let the dogs out for early morning and late evening. Please remember to pick up after your pets for the next family.

Bedroom two is also on the main floor is a bedroom with queen and twin bed and separate bath.

We have another bedroom on the second floor. Kitchen and main living space with 2 balconies are also on this level. The third floor has 2 bunk beds and a couch and TV for gaming or watching sports. We have a beverage refrigerator to save you steps as you relax on the balcony.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and basic cable.

We do have a security camera on the property. It only monitor the front door Cameras are only checked on check in and check out day. We also check the camera to assure the cleaning crew arrives and departs in a timely fashion.

The Old Florida Cottages community is tucked away off a beach end street, located between Blue Mountain beach and Gulf Place. An easy walk to the sugar sand beach, with no major roads to cross. The cottages wrap around a large seasonally heated community pool and grilling area with covered pavilion and bathrooms. The location is ideal for retail therapy, with countless sidewalk boutiques, large shopping outlets, grocery stores, and open-air markets just minutes from the neighborhood. Antique shops, ice cream parlors, and other fun activities will keep everyone in the family busy and entertained.

Gulf view heights is a public beach access offering Seasonal Lifeguards, Restrooms, Parking and a Beach Conditions Flag.

Old Florida Village is perfectly situated, with Grayton Beach boasting a new underwater museum, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Located in an upscale area of Hwy 30A, this pristine house is perched in between Destin and Seaside. Just a 13-minute drive to Grand Boulevard Town Center with over 35 shops and restaurant as well as the all-new state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater. Bike down to Blue Mountain Creamery for a cone or meander along the miles of trails!

ATTENTION: We only have TWO parking spots. Yo may be towed for street parking or parking in other driveways. There is room to park a golf cart on the north edge of drive and electrical for charging the golf cart. Golf Carts can be rented at the corner store as well.
