This property was absolutely perfect for our girls’ weekend. Everyone had a cozy bed, and there was plenty of space for us to relax and spend time together. The balcony overlooking the beach was a highlight—such a great spot to unwind and reminisce about the day.Everything was spotless and ready when we arrived, which made settling in seamless. The only suggestion I’d offer is allowing wristband clearance prior to official check-in so guests can access the property and amenities a bit earlier.Overall, communication was excellent and the value felt spot on. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and perfect location!

We celebrated our friends 40th birthday at this condo and it was perfect! Very clean, beautiful views, and perfect location! We walked to Seaside several times for lunch, shopping and dinner!

This condo is perfect spot for a beautiful, relaxing trip to the beach! It has beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are spacious. Everything is very well-kept. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning overlooking the beach. The location is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach club and just a 7 minute walk to the Seaside square. We had a wonderful time!

Great views and convenient

Checkin and arrival was simple, all bedrooms were spacious with their own bathroom, elevator was a plus. Could have provided more towels (for a 5 night stay), no guest parking, floors were slick indoors and out, but overall great place and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home. Well appointed kitchen. Nice comfy beds. Only complaint is the info that was sent in informational email had incorrect wifi password.

Easy beach access, great food, loved it! Only downside, the house locked before our checkout time of 10am. Locked at 9:30. :-/

Best June Vacation time

Such a relaxing home ! We enjoyed the entire home. Close to beach. Walked everywhere! Bikes were fantastic ! Management was great ! Had one bike missing. Got it brought to us immediately!! Thank you for the great home !! Totally enjoyed!

Wonderful location and great accommodation

We lived the whole experinence. BUT the aircon is a bit of a mess. The downstairs master was too hot at night and the upstairs too cold. We tried everything but no combination could solve it. It needs sorting out. Thanks

Better than expected

This condo is ABSOLUTELY stunning!! I celebrated my 40th birthday here with friends and when we walked in we were in AWE of how it was even better than the pictures. From the spacious rooms/bathrooms/living space, how immaculate it was, location right next to F.O.OW. and main building and a nice walk away from the cutest square of shops/restaurants and fun…it did not disappoint even once. The ice machine was broken and when I called to let them know, the customer service was so helpful and even brought a huge bag of ice up to us. It was so perfect!! We will definitely be back.

The check in process was weak, you wait too long to forward door combinations. We were 30 miles out when we got the code. There was deferred maintenance: 1) The outside Door that led to one of the bedrooms wouldn’t lock. 2) The main floor master bath door locks were broken, the outside door locked by itself once. No one could get into the bathroom. 3) Not enough towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper. No tissues, 4) Upstairs bedroom facing the Gulf, the entry door got stuck, wouldn’t close correctly. 5) Several people got very bad splinters on the deck. 6) More laundry detergent. 7) The supply should match the stay, no one feels like running out to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. 8) One roll of paper towels for a kitchen supporting a stay for 7 people?

I have let our maintenance team know about the doors and splinters, the ambassador team is looking into why your door code took so long to populate. In regards to the starter pack, we do try to be very clear in all of our rental information that aside from houseware items, the homes only come with a basic starter pack of cleaning and disposable items such as paper towels. The intention is for this to get our guests started until they have a chance to visit the store for their preferred items. That being said we are more than happy to have additional towels brought out if needed. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience; we hope to see you at the beach again soon!

October 2021 Stay

Wow - what a beautiful condo! This place has it all. Perfect views of the ocean, super close to Watercolor beach club and Seaside. We enjoyed all the nearby restaurants. The unit has plenty of space and is well stocked with everything you’ll need. We will definitely be back!
