Second story 1 bedroom unit in La Costa Phase 2, Villa 1. Closest to the community pool. There are 17 steps with handrail to accent.

Unit is clean and renovated. Owner occupied May to October. There are a few surfboards in storage as seen in photos. Rentals at High season are long stays only (10 days or more)
