You will have access to all the Caldera Springs Owners Association amenities that our community has to offer, including use of the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Harper's Outpost, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, lakes, fishing, pathways, tennis courts and more. Please note some amenities such as the Quarry Pool is only open during the warmer season as it is an outdoor pool.

You will NOT have access to the amenities owned by Sunriver Resort, including The Cove Aquatic Center, Forest House, Caldera Links, Crosswater or rental boats and bikes at the Lake House. You are free to use the Lake House Family Room.

You will NOT have access to SHARC. Paid admissions to SHARC may be available depending on their operation conditions.

You are free to use our 5 bikes and 2 kayak in our garage. We can help coordinate additional bike rentals if needed.

We are available to help via phone or text at any time. We also have a local on-call property manager to handle any emergencies.

Located 20 minutes south of Bend, Caldera Springs is a new private luxury resort community developed by and immediately adjacent to the famed Sunriver Resort. The community features the Lake House with outdoor deck, seasonal acres sunset activities, and kayak, canoe and paddle board rentals, the Quarry Pool & Fitness Center with a beach-style entry infinity pool overlooking Obsidian Lake and water slide and built-in water guns, Discovery Park Playground & Sport Courts for tennis, pickle ball, and basketball, and nearly 9 miles of paved paths and soft forest trails.

Our home is located within the heart of Caldera Springs with easy <1 min walk to all the main Caldera Springs amenities. It is right across from the tennis/pickle ball courts.

The property was wonderful. It had everything you could think of: video games, bicycles, board games, and so many other things to make your stay unforgettable. The property featured walking paths, a golf course, a gym, and a swimming pool. There was also a private hot tub on the patio. It felt wonderful after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Our family of 7 had a wonderful time during our stay in Caldera Springs! The home was spacious and equipped with everything we needed; large and small kitchen appliances, gadgets, sharp knives, plenty of cookware and food storage containers. The owners really are attentive to details that a lot of owners overlook or are too cheap to provide. The home also included all of the recreation equipment we needed; kayaks, bikes, tennis rackets, pickleball equipment and more. Our kids did not get bored... tons of games to play, hot tub for early mornings and late evenings and a fire pit that makes the perfect s'more. The home was equipped with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Eric and Emile communicated clearly and made sure we were taken care of and that all of our needs were being met. We will defiantly be coming back to Cabin 38!

The property is filthy and extremely tired. Stains on carpet chairs that need to be replaced cobwebs everywhere, lightbulbs out towels that are thread bear with holes. A hot tub that you could not sit in that smelled awful.

Great stay for families

My family and I had an amazing stay. This cabin is in a great and quiet neighborhood that has good activities for young and old. The Lake House restaurant serves a delicious menu that is walking distance from the cabin. The property is well kept and offers amenities for an enjoyable stay. The hosts are very helpful, kind, and responsive to any concerns you may have. We will definitely return to stay here.

Great home near Mt. Bachelor

The home is nicely furnished and well maintained. We were impressed by the fully stocked appliances, the high-end Mtn bikes, and the Charmin. We had a great time biking through Sunriver and saw two otters and a huge herd of elk nearby. The games in the garage are fun and well cared for. My teen boys were impressed with the Xbox and enjoyed the secondary entertainment space over the garage….and we enjoyed them utilizing that space as well!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family plus friends Mount Bachelor ski trip. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us. We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect for an extended family with ages 1-80. Room for everyone to spread out and we enjoyed cooking every night in the well appointed kitchen. The trails outside were pleasant to explore and it’s a short drive to other attractions like Sunriver, Bend, and Bachelor. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this rental was incredible! The home, property, and its surrounding areas were clean, quiet, and beautiful. The home provides everything you would need for all ages. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms with necessities (even separate makeup towels), large living room with games and a piano, hot tub and fireplace, fire pit were great. The bikes and games available in the garage were entertaining. The food at the Lakehouse Restaurant was delicious and just a short walk from the cabin. We will definitely be back soon.

We're a family from the San Francisco Bay Area. Our love of travel has taken us all over the world, but we have found our two favorite places nearby at Lake Tahoe and Bend, Oregon. After years of renting, we finally have our very own vacation homes at where we feel offers the best of each of these locations. Northstar California Resort is our favorite all-season family-friendly destination in Tahoe and our ski-in/ski-out condo is located at the heart of the resort. Caldera Springs Resort is the best family-friendly luxury resort base to explore Bend and all of the amazing adventures in Central Oregon. We have seen our fair shares of hotels and VRBOs and can't wait to meet fellow travelers and give them the same great hospitality that we have been shown across the globe.

Why they chose this property

We had spent years meeting friends and family for vacations at Sunriver. We eventually found out about Caldera Springs and immediately loved its more intimate setting, the private lake and newer amenities. This home offers all that we loved about our vacations to Central Oregon. It's large enough to fit multiple families, is within walking distance to many of the resort amenities, and within easy drive of some of the best outdoor activities in Central Oregon. We are excited to be able to share what makes this place so special with you.

What makes this property unique

There are many awesome benefits to this home. The backyard grill and gas fireplace is great for outdoor dinners and s'mores. The setup with the loft bunk beds and sofa beds is a perfect space for the kids to spread out and play. The home is really just right across from the resort tennis courts and a short <1 min walk to the resort pool. Each room also has its own private ensuite bathroom ensuring everyone has their space to recharge.
