Charming house in the Gulf of Saint Tropez. This house is located 1,300 metres from the magnificent medieval village of Grimaud with its market and numerous restaurants. It is 15 minutes from Saint-Tropez and 20 minutes from the beaches of Pampelonne and La Croix-Valmer. The house has a lovely view on a hillside and is completely private. The south-facing 35-acre garden, planted with olive trees, is fenced and features an electric gate and a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, all renovated in 2024. It has several terraces, a salt-water swimming pool, and a pétanque court. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning and 2 with ceiling fans), each with a double bed, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and 4 toilets. Air conditioning in the living room. It also has: - Wi-Fi, smart TVs - a laundry room - two refrigerators (one with a freezer) - a fully equipped kitchen (no microwave) - an electric barbecue. Shops nearby 2km away (Intermarché, La Halle de Grimaud, Leclercq). Bed linen and towels included. Mandatory cleaning at the end of your stay (220 euros). PGJyPg Availability for two weeks or more.
