Villaconcorde, is a 17th century house which has had a major renovation, respecting the charm and authenticity of this historical house, totally dedicated to rental holiday places, with 2 other smaller apartments, "Amboise" and "Chenonceau"

« Wow ... I didn't realize Villaconcorde was so close to the castle! » That is the usual comment of our guests when they arrive! It's in fact difficult to put it in words but you are virtually at the very door of the Royal Castle, which used to be connected with the house by underground passage 350 years ago...Not just 'a view on the castle' but the feeling that you belong to its history.
Apartment Chambord ( 6 pers) is great for a large family of 4 adults + 2 children. Babies are welcome, we provide baby equipment on request.

It is our pleasure to provide you with what is necessary for your first breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, butter) as well as the basic ingredients to cook (oil, vinegar, pasta, rice, etc...), so that you avoid the hassle of the first shopping.

This AUTHENTIC ACCOMMODATION, at the 1st floor of the house, with original antique wooden paneling in the living room and the authentic windows, which open onto the Royal Castle of Amboise, WILL DEFINITIVELY CHARM YOU.
Recently renovated, it boasts:

Bedroom 1: A King size bed (160X190 cm),
Bedroom 2: either a King size bed ( 180X190cm)+ 1 single bed, or 3 single beds (90X190cm),on request.

The apartment very bright and sunny on the ground floor, boasts a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, Nespreso, coffee machine, a cosy bedroom with a double bed (160X190cm) a large living room with a flat screen TV, a DVD player.
Sleep 2/4 : 2 in one double bed in the bedroom, plus 2 in a convertible sofa bed that can be also split in 2 single beds in the living room ( for children only).

Wash machine. hair dryer.
New kitchen, fully equipped for self-catering.
