Nonrefundable Payment Processing Fee: A 3.3% payment processing fee applies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled and qualifies for a refund under the applicable cancellation policy, the refundable portion of the reservation will be returned; however, the 3.3% payment processing fee is nonrefundable under all circumstances.

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.
