Lovely stay

Great location and short walk to the beach. Paul the host was super helpful and always on hand start to finish. the garden and pool area are beautiful, villa equipped with anything and everything you could need as a family with children.

Great location and lovely little villa.

We had a lovely stay. It was myself, my husband and our two little boys. The pool was lovely, very clean and great size. Good location and great communication with Paul and Silke. The access is easy via a coded gate system. I would stress that the second bedroom is accessed via the outside terrace area so we had to make a camp bed for the kids in the dining room as not suitable to use the second room. This worked ok, but meant they were sleeping right next to where we were using the kitchen etc in the evening with only a curtain to divide us.Kitchen is well equipped and was great to have cleaning products available so not having to buy everything for a 1 week stay. Easy walk to the beach which is clean and beautiful. A few nearby restaurants which you can walk to, otherwise a car is advised.

Very disappointing 😡😡

We had high hopes for this rental, but it fell a long way short of our expectations. On entering the gates to the property, you're greeted with a considerable amount of broken glass with nasty shards, possibly a mirror. Then theres a half hearted attempt of white gravel leading to very small stepping stones upto the house, which were uneven and slippery, not to mention unsightly... the garden you walk through to the house has an equal amount of mud to grass, quite bare in places. When approching the house, it looks very tired and shabby, with an array of broken roof tiles. The terrace/patio was equally unsightly. Inside was very tired and dirty, with the exception of kitchen and bathroom which have been updated, but lack finesse. Our bedsheets were stained and covered with what looked like pet hair, we had to change them before bedtime... We looked inside the " second bedroom " which is only accessible from outside the property, and were grateful we had no use for it. We were very concerned that there was only one entrance to the property and no fire alarms, no extinguishers and bars at the windows hindering any means of escape should the worse happen. Could be a fantastic property, but with considerable time & investment needed.

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Tolle Lage. Gute Standnähe. Auch das Grundstück ist einwandfrei und gepflegt. Leider ist das Haus feucht und etwas muffig wegen aufsteigender Grundwasserpegels (keine Mauersperre gegen Kapilarwasser) aber im Sommer sicher gut nutzbar. N icht in den Witermonaten zu empfehlen.

We did not have warm water nor heating for two days. Very noisy neighbourhood with building works the whole day round. The garbage truck wakes you up everymorning at 8:15 am. Dogs barking everywhere. And the house was not very clean (hants in the kitchen and the living room).Altough communication with the host have been quick, he took no responsability for nothing and did not accept to refund even a part. We did leave in the middle of the stay and had to relocate to be able to refill and sleep

Ideal para descansar

La experiencia ha sido muy positiva, la casa es pequeña pero acogedora. La cocina y el baño muy completos y muy cómodos. La nota más alta se la lleva la piscina, muy bien mantenida, la zona exterior es ideal para pasar tiempo de descanso ya que esta muy bien pensada y ayuda que es una zona muy tranquila, sin zonas ruidosas de ocio ni comerciales.La cobertura y la wifi han funcionado correctamente.Ideal para pasar unas vacaciones de calidad.

Wir waren hier mit unseren 3 Hunden, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, schöne gemütliche Anlage, wir haben den Pool, den Garten und die Ruhe sehr genossen, die Nähe zum Strand war auch sehr gut für uns. Mit Bus oder Taxi kommt man auch schnell nach Marbella. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

El alojamiento cuenta con varias comodidades e utensilios que facilitan la estancia (es muy de agradecer).Camas, sillones y sofá muy cómodos y los electrodomésticos muy variados y aunque personalmente no nos hizo falta utilizarlos todos, es ideal contar con todos ellos. El dueño, es muy amable y servicial y tuvimos un buen trato por su parte. Por poner una pequeña pega, el alojamiento no cuenta con mosquiteras, el resto simplemente genial. Lugar muy tranquilo en el que descansar y las playas, muy cerca, con chiringuitos donde poder tomar algo. Repetiremos si nos es posible seguro.

Erholsame Zeit

Nach holprigem Beginn (Zugangsprobleme und zu wenig Platz in der Garage) wurde es eine schöne Zeit in der Casa Silka. Positiv: Küche super ausgestattet. Bad auch prima. Vermieter Paul hat jederzeit unverzüglich auf Kontaktversuche reagiert. WLAN stabil. Pool ist ein Traum inklusive der Vogelbeobachtung.Negativ: Böden im Eingangsbereich und Schlafzimmer sowie der Rollogurt im Schlafzimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Terassen-/Grillbereich musste auch erst gereinigt werden.

Andalusischer Urlaub in Casa Silka

Casa Silke ist ein wirklich schönes Häuschen direkt am Meer an der Costa del Sol in Spanien. Wir waren wirklich begeistert von dem Haus, dem großen Garten und auch dem großen Pool. Es war möglich, eine ganze Reihe von schönen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung wahrzunehmen. Der Strand war unweit vom Haus entfernt, sowie einige Restaurants. Ebenfalls waren es bis in die Stadt Marbella nur circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Stadt, bei Tag und auch bei Nacht. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen erneuten Aufenthalt!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen schonen Urlaub zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und nett.

Für mich war es nichts

Die Urbanizacion Marbesa ist insgesamt schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und verströmt einen zuweilen morbiden Charme. Es gibt auch herrliche Häuser und protzige Villen, aber insgesamt wirkte es auf mich irgendwie abgerockt. Häuser wurden bis an die Wasserkante gebaut, ein langer Strandspaziergang, wie wir das aus zahlreichen Spanienurlauben kennen, war hier daher nicht möglich. Die Casa Silka hat einen schönen Garten und einen großen Pool, die Küche und das Bad machen einen recht guten, renovierten Eindruck. Wenn man sehr auf Sauberkeit achtet, wird einem jedoch das eine oder andere aufstoßen. Die Lufterfrischer schaffen es nicht, den Geruch der vielen textilen Vorhänge und älteren Einrichtungsgegenstände zu überdecken. Das Schlafzimmer ist ungepflegt, riecht streng, die Möbel sind alt und desolat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer, das wir nicht gebucht hatten, ist noch schlimmer, ich hätte keine Nacht darin verbracht. Das 2. "Bad" ist quasi ein Gästeklo mit Waschbecken aus den 70ern -- unrenoviert. Bei der Ankunft, nach dem erfolgreichen Aufschließen des Hauses, bedankte ich mich noch bei den Besitzern für das Überlassen Ihres "wunderschönen Hauses", aber dieser Eindruck hielt leider keine Stunde an. Für mich waren das Haus und die Umgebung eine Erfahrung, auf die ich gern verzichtet hätte. Estepona war eine sehr positive Überraschung, Malaga war auch beim zweiten Mal wundervoll, Soto Grande und La Alcaidesa -- ca 1 Autostunde entfernt -- bieten tolle Strände.

Vakantie Casa Silka

Van 27 mei tot 17 juni 2023 hebben wij een zeer aangename vakantie gehad in Casa Silka. Vanaf het moment van aankomst tot de laatste dag was de heer Paul Kolken een goede gastheer. Als er een vraag was reageerde hij vrijwel altijd direct. In het huisje is alles aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf. Buiten was het ook goed toeven. Een heel mooi zwembad! Of lekker op het terras of in de mooie tuin. Het kon allemaal. Het huis staat in een mooie rustige buurt wat wij zeer waardeerden. Wij hebben met volle teugen van de 3 weken genoten. Haus renovierungsbedürftig bis auf Küche und Bad. Schlafzimmer, modriger Geruch und Decke Schimmelbildung. Photos vom Inserat gut retouchiert. Hätte ich das vorher gesehen, wäre eine Buchung nie zustande gekommen.
