Upstairs bedroom with double bunk bed and sofa bed, shower room, separate toilet. Large enclosed wooded land with above-ground swimming pool of 5m50 in diameter, height 1m22. Space for 4 cars. Quiet area, 1km from the sea on foot and 300m from the shops. Possibility of bike rental.
