The living room with marble fireplace is light and bright, and opens to the brand new beautiful kitchen. The remodeled kitchen features beautiful Carrara quartz counters, custom cabinetry with a tile back splash, and stainless steel appliances. A spacious laundry room with a door to the exterior is perfect for coming in from the beach after hosing off in the outdoor shower. On the second floor, there is a spacious game room with a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, and some home gym equipment. There's also a small brightly lit office area. A private patio is located upstairs perfect for entertaining under the stars. There is a beautiful master suite with a large closet, sun deck and a brand new remodeled bathroom. The master bathroom is the serene sanctuary of the home. The calming white marble tiles, vanity double sinks with marble counter, modern fixtures, a soaking tub and separate double shower are waiting for you to relax and recharge. The second bedroom has a double bed and spacious closet. Another remodeled full-size bathroom is also on the second floor. Property has boogie boards, bikes, skateboards for tenant to use.
