Our central location is perfect for exploring all Grand County has to offer! We are only 10 minutes to Winter Park Ski Resort, 15 minutes to Granby Ranch, 25 minutes to Grand Lake, and 30 minutes to RMNP!
Our condo is the ideal option for families looking for adventure or relaxation! Enjoy the year-round heated pool, hot tub, or game room!

We live in Colorado and enjoy sharing the home we make with our 3 children with you. We really think this property is best suited for those with young kids and they’ll love the heated pool in the common area

Why they chose this property

Cranmer Ridge is easy access to Safeway, easy access to biking and running through Winter Park Ranch and has the feel of a family resort in the summer. Being in the free bus line connects you to the resort and Town of Winter Park without needing to drive (and park…)

What makes this property unique

The views of Cozens Ranch open space include the meandering Fraser River, Byers Peak and the resort. This place is really spacious for the money and you can expand into the common areas downstairs when they are open (8am-10pm please)
