Private entrance in residential, four unit restored carriage house. Plenty of parking and includes cable, internet, trash removal. Queen bed and extremely comfortable sofa can accommodate 3 guests. Very quiet setting with easy access to Boston. 1 mile to train station and 0.3 mile to South Shore Hospital. Walking distance to all amenities including restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
