Newly built guest house with patio doors to a cute patio in North Hollywood (Valley Glen). This house is completely separate from the main house with own private entrance (on a different street) and keyless entry. King bed, Large walk-in shower, wifi, large TV (42 in) & sofa. 15/20 minute walk or 4 minute drive to restaurants & shops. 15 mins drive to universal studios, studio city & hollywood.
