Perfect place to chill

The view is over expected - much more beautiful than presented on photos. You don't want to leave the pool. The house is renovated in pretty high standard. The home furnishings is fully enough. We had enough space for 9 people. From about 2 p.m. the main terrace starts to be in pleasant shade. This place we wish to came back.

Idyllisches Haus mit Traumausblick.....schöner gehtŽs kaum!

Wir verbrachten zu viert die Pfingstferien 2024 in diesem idyllisch gelegenem Haus. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung durch Stephan und das Check-In war sehr angenehm und harmonisch. Wir wurden sorgsam und umfassend mit allen wichtigen Informationen vertraut gemacht. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich von einem gelungenen Urlaub erhofft, zwei separate Wohneinheiten (eins mit Kinderzimmer, beide mit eigener KĂŒche), eine große Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick ĂŒber die KĂŒste, ein Pool zur exklusiven Nutzung und ein Grillplatz fĂŒr den abendlichen Schmaus. Die ĂŒberdachte Außenterrasse lĂ€dt auch bei kĂ€lteren Temperaturen zum abendlichen Verweilen ein. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und sĂ€mtliche Fenster sind mit funktionierenden MĂŒckennetzen ausgestattet. Alle HaushaltsgegenstĂ€nde fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Gebrauch sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das WLAN ist, egal wo man sich aufhĂ€lt, sehr stabil, wir hatten bis zu 7 GerĂ€te gleichzeitig angeschlossen! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei Stephan fĂŒr die Gastfreundlichkeit und das vermittelte GefĂŒhl aufrichtig willkommen zu sein!

Einfach traumhaft!

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Ein traumhaftes Ambiente. Ein gigantischer Ausblick. Im Haus war alles da, was man braucht, fast wie Zuhause. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber(sehr zu unserer Freude nicht die Spur von typischen alten Spinnweben).Der Kontakt mit Stephan war sehr angenehm. Gerne irgendwann wieder!

Ruhe und NaturnÀhe

Abseits von Partymeilen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir lieben die Ruhe, Natur und Wanderwege zum Strand. Sehr schöner Sternenhimmel, da kaum Lichtverschmutzung. SupermĂ€rkte sind in gut einer Viertelstunde in Labin erreichbar, Bootsverleih in Rabac in gut 20 Minuten. Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Stephan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat das Haus gut ausgestattet - die KĂŒche bietet nahezu alles fĂŒr vielfĂ€ltige Mahlzeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervoller Meeresblick in toller, ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr sauber, gut geeignet fĂŒr jung (1,5 Jahre) bis alt (>80 Jahre). Umgebung steil, dadurch aber phantastischer Blick von frĂŒh bis spĂ€t auf das Meer hinĂŒber zur Insel Cres. Gute Betten, wir haben in der Ruhe herrlich geschlafen. Kleine KĂŒche, die aber gut ausgestattet ist, so dass wir unsere Gruppe von insgesamt 8 Personen gut versorgen konnten. Das Haus steht zwar nicht alleine, es gibt einige Wohn- und FerienhĂ€user am Hang, aber die Gegend ist ziemlich abgeschieden, absolut kein Tourismusrummel, nĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Labin (ca. 15 km entfernt). Steiler, aber auch zu Fuß machbarer Weg (vom Haus zum Strand knapp 30 min, zuletzt durch angenehm schattigen KĂŒstenwald) zu zwei kleinen Buchten, dort ist man alleine oder man "teilt" sich den Genuss mit wenigen anderen Menschen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat auch sehr gute Tipps zu StrĂ€nden, Einkaufen, Restaurants, Besichtigungen und lokaler Geschichte (z. B. Erz- und Kohlebergbau unter Mussolini und spĂ€ter Tito).

GemĂŒtliches Haus mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Herr Albrecht ist ein sehr netter, zuvorkommender Vermieter und hat uns in allen Fragen und WĂŒnschen weitergeholfen. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Zu Fuß kann man eine Kleine Badebucht in 20-30min erreichen, allerdings sollte man fĂŒr den steilen Waldpfad halbwegs fit sein. In 30min mit dem Auto erreicht man die schönen StrĂ€nde von Rabac (etwas voll) aber Stephan gibt einem auch gute Tips fĂŒr kleinere lokale StrĂ€nde. Pula erreicht man auch in einer Autostunde (lohnt sich!) FĂŒr Kinder ist der Pool ideal und die Raumaufteilung des Hauses ist mit den seperaten Wohnungen perfekt fĂŒr Eltern mit Ă€lteren Kindern, die auch mal etwas Ruhe wollen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier! Allen die das lesen wĂŒnsche ich viel Erfolg bei der Urlaubssuche und einen tollen Urlaub.

Super Urlaub

Sehr schönes Objekt, toll mit Pool, was prima passt auch fĂŒr große Kinder. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Lage ist phantastisch und der Blick traumhaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen und waren nicht das letzte Mal da.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Der Vermieter ist ein Selbstdarsteller, das Inserat ist bewusst fehlerhaft und der Zustand des Hauses insgesamt schlecht. Wir warten bis heute auf eine EntschĂ€digung fĂŒr den nicht nutzbaren Pool...eine Sauerei! Der nĂ€chste Strand ist entweder 30 Minuten mit dem Auto oder min. 30 Minuten ĂŒber einen steilen Abhang entfernt...es war kein VergnĂŒgen! Es gibt so viele tolle UnterkĂŒnfte in Istrien...diese ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Sehr ruhig! Perfekt fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub

Der Vermieter ist nett und antwortet sehr schnell. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. GefĂ€llt hat uns die SpĂŒlmaschine ( der Vermieter arbeitet daran). Eine Sauna wĂ€re auch sehr schön! Der Weg zum Strand ist schwierig. Wir sind immer nach Rabac gefahren, sehr schön. Auch ein Strand in der NĂ€he Plomin-Luka ist sehr schön. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Wenn aus Fremden , Freunde werden.

Schönes gerĂ€umiges Haus mit wunderschönen Ausblick ruhig und sonnig . Der Pool war im Dauereinsatz . Der Vermieter ist toll . Man fĂŒhlt sich nicht wie im Urlaub, es ist als ob man zu seinem Lieblingsonkel fĂ€hrt es war ein Traum. Der Weg zum Strand ist ein wenig abenteuerlich aber der Strand ist ruhig und traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder.

Außergewöhnlich

Waren leider keine ganze Woche da. Traumhafte Aussicht, absolut ruhig gelegen, schönes Restaurant und kleine KiesstrĂ€nde in SpaziergangnĂ€he, fĂŒr alles andere benötigt man ein Fahrzeug. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter war sehr umkompliziert, sehr freundlich, und informativ (deutsch und englisch). Wenn wir (zwei Paare 50+) wieder in dieser Ecke Urlaub machen, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.
